【摘要】:在知识经济、伦理多元和权力改革的形势下,领导范式已经逐渐由原先强调理性、科技、线性、量化转向重视意义、价值、道德、人性、共生。本文在阐述“转型领导”的涵义及行为特征的基础上,分析“转型领导”在幼儿园管理中的应用,强调领导作为一门艺术的现实价值。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstances of knowledge economy, ethical pluralism and power reform, the leading paradigm has gradually changed from emphasizing rationality, science and technology, linearity and quantification to attaching importance to meaning, value, morality and humanity. On the basis of expounding the meaning and behavior characteristics of "transformational leadership", this paper analyzes the application of "transformational leadership" in kindergarten management, and emphasizes the practical value of leadership as an art.
