幼儿园课程改革“囚徒困境”的成因与解决

【摘要】:当前幼儿园"小学化"倾向仍然盛行,致使幼儿园课程改革举步维艰,陷入"囚徒困境"。无论从社会评价来看,还是从幼儿的小学适应表现来看,继续实行小学化是当前幼儿园效用博弈的纳什均衡点。建立以幼儿为本、反映本地特色的评价标准与手段,推行"选择性激励"评价制度有助于改变当前幼儿园之间的博弈结构,促使幼儿园真正实行课程改革。
[Abstract]:At present, the tendency of "primary school" in kindergartens is still prevailing, which makes the curriculum reform of kindergartens difficult and falls into the "prisoner's dilemma". Whether from the social evaluation or the performance of children's primary school adaptation, Continuing to implement primary school is the Nash equilibrium point of kindergarten utility game at present. The implementation of "selective incentive" evaluation system will help to change the game structure between kindergartens and promote the curriculum reform in kindergartens.
