【摘要】:在幼儿教育领域,对于幼儿教育质量的关注,已经成为幼儿教育发展的潮流和趋势。不仅幼儿教育专家、幼儿教育行政人员对幼儿教育的质量拥有发言权,幼儿教师、幼儿家长、幼儿对幼儿教育的质量也可以发表自己的观点,以推动教育质量的提高。不同的主体的需求不同,因此不同的主体对于“好幼儿园”的理解也是不同的。本研究选择了三类主体进行研究,他们分别是幼儿教师、幼儿家长、幼儿。在梳理了大量的文献的基础上,设计了访谈提纲,全面地细致地了解这三类主体对“好幼儿园”的看法。 全文总共分为四个部分:第一部分为绪论,介绍了问题提出的背景及意义、国内外文献综述及研究设计。第二部分为研究方法,论文选用了访谈法、文献法、观察法,通过对幼儿教师、幼儿家长、幼儿的访谈,通过对幼儿教师和幼儿在园生活的实地观察,以及相关的文献材料的收集,来综合收集“好幼儿园”的信息。 第三部分为研究结果与分析。论文对幼儿教师、幼儿家长、幼儿视野中的“好幼儿园”进行了全面系统的分析。研究结果表明:幼儿教师视野中的“好幼儿园”包括以下特质:场地开阔、设施丰富的户外环境;安全、富有美感、适宜幼儿、富有教育意义、充满互动性的室内环境;以尊重幼儿为核心,注重幼儿的全面发展;科学的、人性化的、民主的教师管理,同时为教师提供针对性的专业成长的路径,工作的内容和时间能够合理安排;具有良好的师德修养和专业素养的教师团队,家园互动的形式和内容丰富;能够为幼儿提供健康和安全的生活环境,培养幼儿健康和安全意识。 幼儿家长视野中的“好幼儿园”所具有的特质是:户外活动的面积大,并且贴近自然,安全丰富的户外设备;为幼儿提供数量丰富、符合幼儿兴趣的玩教具;能够对疾病幼儿特殊关注、培养幼儿的健康和安全意识,保障园内设施和外来人员的安全性;能够促进幼儿的全面发展,并且有自己的教育特色;师德修养、专业能力强、与家长沟通能力及自身素养较高的幼儿教师; 幼儿视野中的“好幼儿园”则是开阔的户外场地;丰富的室内外活动;能够提供可口营养的午餐;喜欢幼儿、形象好、能够与幼儿积极互动、可以组织丰富的教育活动的教师;幼儿的想象力、创作的天性、兴趣点、自主性能够被尊重;学习空间可以延伸至社区资源(超市、公园、博物馆)。 在第四部分,研究者还在研究结论的基础上得出了教育启示:硬件条件是“好幼儿园”的保障;软件条件是“好幼儿园”的核心。并且提出了教育建议:对于幼儿园来说要打造高素质的教师团队,创设适宜幼儿发展的教育教学环境。对于幼儿教师来说提升师德修养,做热爱幼儿教育工作的教师;同时提升专业素养,做具有研究和反思精神的教师。对于幼儿家长来说通过多种途径,提升自己的育儿观念;发挥自己的资源优势,与幼儿园合作,为幼儿提供更加丰富的学习资源。
[Abstract]:In the field of early childhood education , attention to the quality of early childhood education has become the trend and trend of the development of early childhood education .
The thesis is divided into four parts : the first part is the introduction , introduces the background and significance of the problem , the literature review and the research design at home and abroad . The second part is the research method , the paper chooses the interview method , the literature method and the observation method , through the field observation of preschool teachers , children ' s parents and children , through the field observation of preschool teachers and young children in the park , and the collection of relevant literature materials , the information of the " good kindergarten " is comprehensively collected .
The third part is the research results and analysis . The paper analyses the " good kindergartens " in preschool teachers , children ' s parents and children ' s visual field . The results show that the " good kindergartens " in the visual field of early childhood teachers include the following characteristics : open space and abundant outdoor environment ;
Safe , rich in beauty , suitable for young children , rich in education significance , full of interactive indoor environment ;
In order to respect the young child as the core , pay attention to the comprehensive development of young children ;
Scientific , humanized , democratic teacher management , while providing targeted professional growth paths for teachers , the content and time of the work can be reasonably arranged ;
Teacher ' s team with good teacher ' s moral cultivation and professional accomplishment , the form and content of home interaction are abundant ;
can provide a healthy and safe living environment for young children , and culture young children ' s health and safety consciousness .
The characteristics of " good kindergartens " in children ' s parents ' field of view are : the area of outdoor activities is large , and the outdoor equipment is close to nature and rich in safety ;
to provide young children with abundant nutrition and children ' s interest in playing teaching aids ;
The health and safety consciousness of young children can be raised , and the safety of the facilities in the garden and the foreign personnel can be ensured ;
can promote the comprehensive development of young children , and has its own educational characteristics ;
Teacher ' s moral cultivation , strong professional ability , communication ability with parents and high - quality early childhood teachers ;
The " good nursery " in the children ' s field of view is the open outdoor space ;
Rich indoor and outdoor activities ;
can provide delicious and nutritious lunch ;
Like young children , the image is good , can actively interact with young children , can organize abundant educational activities teachers ;
Children ' s imagination , creative nature , point of interest , autonomy can be respected ;
Learning space can extend to community resources ( supermarkets , parks , museums ) .
In the fourth part , the researchers also found the enlightenment of education on the basis of research conclusion : the hardware condition is the guarantee of " good kindergarten " ;
The software condition is the core of " good kindergarten " , and the educational suggestion is put forward : to build a high - quality teacher team for the kindergarten , set up an education teaching environment suitable for children ' s development .
At the same time , improve the professional accomplishment , do the teachers with the research and reflection spirit . For the parents of young children , through various ways , improve their child - rearing concept ;
Give full play to its own resources , cooperate with kindergarten , provide more abundant learning resources for young children .
