华德福幼儿园课程领导的个案研究

【摘要】:1919年,鲁道夫史代纳(Rudolf Steiner)在德国创办了第一所华德福学校(Waldorf Education)至今已有近百年历史。自创办起,华德福教育就被当时的人们当作未来教育的典范。华德福教育理念所倡导的“万物皆有时”、还孩子自由,以及身、心、灵三维共同发展等教育理念受到了很多家长的好评与支持。本研究从华德福独树一帜的教育理念出发,,采取了个案研究的方式,对某华德福幼儿园日常课程领导具体状况进行实地调查研究,旨在完善该幼儿园自身课程领导的同时,为我国幼儿园的课程领导提供适当的借鉴与经验。 论文开局介绍了华德福教育的理论基础与核心理念,明确了华德福教育的历史起源与存在价值。文章主体部分依照课程领导的具体实施流程来对华德福幼儿园进行分析:首先,是课程领导的首要任务——华德福幼儿园课程愿景的建立;第二,是课程领导的启动基础——华德福幼儿园的课程开发;第三,是课程领导的核心工作——华德福幼儿园的课程实施;第四,是课程领导的反思调整——华德福幼儿园的课程评价。通过以上四个环节,展现出华德福幼儿园在课程领导中的所有细节及优劣之处。论文结尾对全文进行的概括总结,明确了华德福幼儿教育存在的问题,并指出华德福幼儿园课程领导的启示意义,为国内幼儿园在课程领导提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Rudolf Steinern founded Waldorf Education, the first Waldorf School in Germany, in 1919. Since its founding, Waldorf education was regarded as a model of future education by people at that time. Waldorf's educational concept of "everything is sometimes", giving children freedom, as well as the three dimensional development of body, heart, spirit and so on, has been praised and supported by many parents. Starting from Waldorf's unique educational concept, this study has adopted the method of case study to investigate the specific situation of daily curriculum leadership in a Waldorf kindergarten, in order to perfect the curriculum leadership of the kindergarten itself at the same time. For our kindergarten curriculum leadership to provide appropriate reference and experience. At the beginning of the paper, the author introduces the theoretical basis and core idea of Waldorf education, and clarifies the historical origin and existence value of Waldorf education. The main part of the article analyzes Waldorf Kindergarten in accordance with the concrete implementation process of curriculum leadership: first, the establishment of curriculum vision of Waldorf kindergarten is the primary task of curriculum leadership; second, It is the starting foundation of curriculum leadership-the curriculum development of Waldorf Kindergarten; third, the core work of curriculum leadership-the curriculum implementation of Waldorf Kindergarten; fourth, It is the reflective adjustment of curriculum leadership-the curriculum evaluation of Waldorf Kindergarten. Through the above four links, show all the details and advantages and disadvantages of Warford Kindergarten in curriculum leadership. At the end of the paper, the author summarizes the whole paper, clarifies the problems existing in Warford preschool education, and points out the enlightening significance of Waldorf kindergarten curriculum leadership, which provides reference for domestic kindergartens in curriculum leadership.
