河南省X市学前班教师自主发展现状研究

【摘要】:近来年,人们对教师发展有了新的理解与主张,尤其教师自主发展及其促进问题已成为当前国内外教育改革研究与实践密切关注的热点议题。对教师自主发展的研究,一方面能从内在机制上帮助和促进教师形成自主发展意识与能力,造就一批高素质的教师队伍;另一方面也有助于对影响教师自主发展的外部机制进行探究,提供科学合理的理论依据和实施建议。目前对于教师发展研究多处于对教师专业成长方面,对学前班教师自主发展的系统研究不多。本研究出发点就是从教师自主发展理论和实际研究价值出发,提炼出原来已经总结出来的理论成果,在此基础上,对作为研究对象的学前班教师群体进行进一步的探究。研究分为四部分,采用理论分析研究和教学实践情况相结合,抽样调查和随机访谈方法并用,通过调查和访谈,了解当前X市学前班教师群体自主发展意识和能力现状,并通过与小学教师情况对比,得出结论。结果表明学前班教师在自主发展过程中,自主意识、自主能力、实践智慧、自我效能感和反思等内在机制起到了极为重要的作用。其次,社会环境,教育政策制定者,教育行政管理者和教育教师职称评定制度等一系列外在因素对学前班教师自主发展均有重要影响。最后本文通过梳理影响学前班教师自主发展的各类因素,就如何树立学前班教师自主发展理念,探讨出促进学前班教师自主发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people have a new understanding and proposition to the development of teachers, especially teachers' self-development and its promotion has become a hot topic in the research and practice of educational reform at home and abroad. On the one hand, the research on teachers' self-development can help and promote teachers' self-development consciousness and ability from the internal mechanism, and bring up a group of high-quality teachers. On the other hand, it is helpful to probe into the external mechanism which affects teachers' independent development, and to provide scientific and reasonable theoretical basis and practical suggestions. At present, the research on teacher development is mostly on teachers' professional growth, and there are few systematic studies on teachers' self-development in preschool classes. Starting from the theoretical and practical research value of teachers' self-development, this paper abstracts the theoretical results that have been summed up, on the basis of which, the group of preschool teachers as the object of study is further explored. The research is divided into four parts, which combines theoretical analysis with teaching practice, sample investigation and random interview, through investigation and interview, to understand the present situation of teachers' self-development consciousness and ability in preschool class in X city. And through the comparison with the primary school teachers, draw a conclusion. The results show that teachers in preschool have played a very important role in the process of autonomous development, such as autonomy consciousness, autonomous ability, practical wisdom, self-efficacy and introspection. Secondly, a series of external factors, such as social environment, educational policy makers, educational administrators and evaluation system of educational teachers' professional titles, have important influence on teachers' self-development. Finally, through combing all kinds of factors that affect the teachers' self-development, this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions on how to set up the concept of preschool teachers' self-development.
