天津市幼儿园教师社会支持与其职业承诺的关系研究

【摘要】：已有研究表明,职业承诺是职业心理学的重要概念,简单的表示,幼儿园教师职业承诺是幼儿园教师自身对幼儿园工作的认同程度、依赖程度、以及投入状况。相关研究表明,社会支持,能够对职业承诺产生显著影响,因此,本文将集中探讨幼儿园教师社会支持对其职业承诺的影响关系。本研究以天津市6所幼儿园的252名教师为研究对象,通过文献法和问卷法对幼儿园教师的社会支持与职业承诺的现状进行考察,并深入探究二者的相关关系,主要分析了幼儿园教师社会支持对职业承诺的影响,并且尝试为提升幼儿园教师社会支持,从而提高幼儿园教师职业承诺提供可行性建议。本研究得出以下结论:(1)天津市被调查幼儿园教师社会支持水平处于中等。(2)幼儿园教师社会支持在人口统计学变量上存在显著差异。(3)天津市幼儿园教师职业承诺处于中等水平。(4)幼儿园教师职业承诺在人口统计学变量上存在差异。(5)幼儿园教师社会支持与职业承诺呈现显著相关,二者间的相关系数为0.474,达到极显著水平(p0.01)。(6)通过回归分析,幼儿园教师所获得的社会支持水平能过显著预测其职业承诺。根据以上结论,本研究提出以下建议:(1)关注新入职教师,为新入职教师提供多种支持,提高其社会支持水平(2)强调幼儿园管理以人为本,重视幼儿园教师的主观体验,提升主观支持(3)社会及园所为幼儿园教师提供建立社会支持系统有利的机会和环境(4)社会及家长正确认识和理解幼儿园教师职业(5)国家教育主管部门保护教师合法权利,提升教师地位,提高教师福利待遇,增加教师职业吸引力
[Abstract]:Previous studies have shown that professional commitment is an important concept of occupational psychology. It is a simple expression that kindergarten teachers' professional commitment is the degree, dependence, and input status of kindergarten teachers themselves on the work of kindergartens. This study takes 252 teachers in 6 kindergartens in Tianjin as the research object. This study investigates the status of social support and occupational commitment of kindergarten teachers through literature and questionnaire, and explores the relationship between the two and the social support of the kindergarten teachers. In order to improve the social support of kindergarten teachers and to improve the vocational commitment of kindergarten teachers, this study provides the following conclusions: (1) the level of social support for kindergarten teachers in Tianjin is in the middle. (2) the social support of kindergarten teachers exists on the demographic variables. (3) the vocational commitment of kindergarten teachers in Tianjin is at the middle level. (4) there are differences in the demographic variables of kindergarten teachers. (5) there is a significant correlation between kindergarten teachers' social support and professional commitment, and the correlation coefficient between the two is 0.474, reaching a very significant level (P0.01). (6) kindergarten teaching through regression analysis The level of social support obtained by the teachers can predict their professional commitment significantly. According to the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) pay attention to new entry teachers, provide various support for new entry teachers, improve their social support level (2) emphasize that kindergarten management is people-oriented, pay attention to the subjective experience of kindergarten teachers and improve the subjective support (3). The society and the garden provide the kindergarten teachers with the favorable opportunity and environment to establish the social support system (4) the society and the parents correctly understand and understand the kindergarten teacher's profession (5) the State Education Department should protect the legal rights of the teachers, improve the teacher's status, improve the welfare treatment of the teachers, and increase the professional attractiveness of the teachers.
