幼儿教师道德评价标准探析

【摘要】:根本标准模糊、具体标准缺位是目前幼儿教师道德评价中存在的突出问题。在我国现阶段,幼儿教师道德评价的根本标准是忠于人民教育事业,具体标准是幼儿教师职业道德规范。明确根本标准的具体涵义、确立依据和运用方法,制定统一的具体标准即幼儿教师职业道德规范,是抵制各种错误倾向,促使幼儿教师道德评价步入正确轨道,充分发挥其抑恶扬善积极作用的关键。
[Abstract]:The basic standard is vague and the concrete standard is absent. At the present stage of our country, the basic standard of preschool teachers' moral evaluation is loyal to the cause of people's education, and the concrete standard is the professional ethics standard of preschool teachers. Making clear the concrete meaning of the fundamental standard, establishing the basis and application method, and making the unified concrete standard, namely, the professional ethics standard of preschool teachers, is to resist all kinds of wrong tendencies and promote the moral evaluation of preschool teachers to enter the correct track. Give full play to its positive role in suppressing evil and promoting good.
