农村幼儿园适岗教师职业压力的研究

【摘要】：农村学前教育是教育的薄弱环节,扭转局面的关键在农村幼儿园教师整体素质的提高。农村幼儿园适岗教师是农村幼教岗位上的特殊群体,他们能否顺利适应高强度、高要求的工作环境,是值得关注的问题。目前关于新教师职业适应和转岗教师职业适应的研究较多,但有关适岗教师职业压力的研究尚缺乏全面系统的探讨,因而对这一问题的开展研究有其现实迫切性。论文对40名农村幼儿园适岗教师进行访谈,结合文献法,对农村幼儿园适岗教师的职业压力现状进行描述、探析农村幼儿园适岗教师职业压力来源、提出调节农村幼儿园适岗教师职业压力的建议,力图对农村幼儿园适岗教师的职业压力有一个全面而深刻的认识。本研究有四部分:一、绪论。包括问题的提出、研究意义、概念界定、国内外相关的研究及研究方案。通过材料的梳理,发现农村幼儿园适岗教师的研究缺乏系统性,涉及面较窄。二、农村幼儿园适岗教师职业压力的具体表现。包括农村幼儿园适岗教师专业能力缺乏、农村幼儿园适岗教师专业成长困难、农村幼儿园适岗教师岗位条件不佳、工作环境的困扰。三、农村幼儿园适岗教师职业压力来源分析。包括源于社会方面的职业压力、来自于幼儿园方面的职业压力、幼儿及家长方面影响、教师自身因素。四、调节农村幼儿园适岗教师职业压力的建议。共包括三部分,政府方面的保障、幼儿园的有效支持以及发挥农村幼儿园适岗教师的主体性。
[Abstract]:Preschool education in rural areas is the weak link of education, the key to reverse the situation lies in the improvement of the overall quality of kindergarten teachers in rural areas. The suitable teachers in rural kindergartens are special groups in the posts of rural preschool education. It is worth paying attention to whether they can adapt to the working environment with high intensity and high requirements. At present, there are many researches on the occupational adaptation of new teachers and teachers' occupational adaptation, but the research on the occupational pressure of teachers who are fit for the post is still lack of a comprehensive and systematic discussion, so it is urgent to carry out the research on this issue. In this paper, 40 suitable teachers in rural kindergartens are interviewed, and the present situation of occupational stress of suitable teachers in rural kindergartens is described, and the source of occupational stress of suitable teachers in rural kindergartens is analyzed. This paper puts forward some suggestions to adjust the occupational pressure of the suitable teachers in rural kindergartens, and tries to have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the occupational pressure of the teachers in the rural kindergartens. This research has four parts: first, introduction. Including the question raised, the research significance, the concept definition, the domestic and foreign related research and the research plan. Through combing the materials, it is found that the research of suitable teachers in rural kindergartens is lack of systematicness and has a narrow scope. Second, the rural kindergarten suitable post teacher occupation pressure concrete performance. It includes the lack of professional ability of qualified teachers in rural kindergartens, the difficulty of professional growth of teachers in rural kindergartens, the poor post conditions of suitable teachers in rural kindergartens, and the troubles of working environment. Third, the analysis of the source of occupational stress of suitable teachers in rural kindergartens. It includes occupational pressure from society, occupational pressure from kindergarten, influence of children and parents, teachers themselves. Fourth, adjust the rural kindergarten suitable post teacher occupation pressure suggestion. It consists of three parts, the guarantee of government, the effective support of kindergartens and the subjectivity of teachers in rural kindergartens.
