【摘要】：一所成功的幼儿园具备一套行之有效的规章制度是远远不够的,还必须要有一套完善的管理策略,要园内资源管理与园外资源管理相结合,重在园内资源管理和分享,吸取外园或姊妹园的精华是园所发展的基石。在"拿来"的基础之上进行创新、升华为我园所用,不断为我园注入新鲜血液,以促进园所发展。基于此,才能使一定的管理行为收到预期的效果。
