英国“入职与发展档案”制度对我国幼儿教师专业发展的启示

【摘要】：英国“入职与发展档案”制度具有重视教师专业发展的主动性与连续性、重视教师个人主动发展与集体合作相结合等特点。目前我国幼儿教师的专业发展面临诸多困境,借鉴英国这一制度的有意经验,积极发挥幼儿教师专业发展的主动性,重视其连续性,积极培育幼儿教师专业发展的共同体,加强政府与社会的支持,是克服这诸多困境的有效对策。
[Abstract]:The "entry and Development Archives" system in Britain has the characteristics of attaching importance to the initiative and continuity of teachers' professional development and the combination of individual initiative and collective cooperation. At present, the professional development of preschool teachers in our country is faced with many difficulties. We should draw lessons from the intentional experience of this system in Britain, give full play to the initiative of the professional development of preschool teachers, attach importance to its continuity, and actively cultivate the community of professional development of preschool teachers. Strengthening the support of government and society is an effective countermeasure to overcome these difficulties.
