幼儿教师情感投入的价值与必要性

【摘要】：在教育教学中,教师情感的投入不仅对学生的认知和情感发展具有重要的意义,而且对激发教师的工作热情有重要的价值。幼儿生理和心理的发展都尚未成熟,正处于身心发展的关键时期,所以在幼儿园教育教学中尤其需要教师情感的投入。
[Abstract]:In education and teaching, teachers' emotional input is not only of great significance to students' cognition and emotional development, but also of great value to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for work. The development of children's physiology and psychology is not mature and is in the critical period of physical and mental development, so teachers' emotional input is especially needed in kindergarten education and teaching.
