幼儿园教师课程权力的现状及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:在国际课程改革的进程中,为教师赋权成为改革的重要趋势,教师课程权力逐渐成为研究的关注点。学前教育领域同样受到课程改革的影响,幼儿园教师的课程权力备受关注,幼儿园教师课程权力的运作一方面有利于提升课程质量,同时也可以帮助教师专业水平的提升,最终促进幼儿发展。然而当前对幼儿园教师课程权力的研究较为缺乏,对其基本理论和现状更是缺乏细致深入的研究。因此,本研究依据不同的学科视角,对幼儿园教师课程权力基本理论进行分析,并探讨其现实状况、分析其影响因素,在此基础上提出相关建议,具有重要的理论与实践意义。本研究在已有研究的基础上,综合运用文献法、问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法,在对幼儿园教师是课程权力进行理论分析的同时,全面考察了现状并分析其影响因素,进而提出提升幼儿园教师课程权力效果的建议。研究分为以下五部分:第一部分,问题的提出。本研究通过对已有研究的分析梳理,确定了具体的研究内容并设计研究框架。第二部分,研究思路与方法。本研究坚持理论探讨与实证研究相结合、量化研究与质性研究相结合、多元聚合式方法设计的研究思路,确定了文献法、问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法的研究方法。第三部分,幼儿园教师课程权力的基本理论分析。本研究主要从幼儿园课程权力的产生基础、价值以及合理性三方面对其基本理论进行分析,为幼儿园教师课程权力的现状及影响因素的分析提供理论依据。第四部分,幼儿园教师课程权力的现状探察。本研究运用问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法,从幼儿园教师课程权力的赋予、行使和保障三个方面全面考察现状,为分析其影响因素及提出相关建议提供现实依据。第五部分,幼儿园教师课程权力的影响因素分析。综合运用问卷调查法和访谈法,从幼儿园教师自身、幼儿园、教育行政部门及社会四个方面对影响因素进行分析。第六部分,提升幼儿园教师课程权力效果的建议。基于理论思考和现状分析结合影响因素提出相关建议:增强教师课程权力意识,提升教师专业能力;赋予教师充分的课程权力,营造民主合作的课程文化;完善幼儿园课程制度,加强教师专业培训;发挥教育行政部门引领作用,明确权力范围与责任。
[Abstract]:In the process of international curriculum reform, the empowerment of teachers has become an important trend of reform, and teachers' curriculum power has gradually become the focus of research. The field of preschool education is also affected by the curriculum reform, and the curriculum power of kindergarten teachers is concerned. On the one hand, the operation of curriculum power of kindergarten teachers is conducive to improving the quality of curriculum, but also it can help teachers to improve their professional level. Finally, promote the development of young children. However, the current research on kindergarten teachers' curriculum power is relatively lacking, and the basic theory and present situation are lack of detailed and in-depth research. Therefore, according to different subject perspective, this study analyzes the basic theory of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power, discusses its realistic situation, analyzes its influencing factors, and puts forward relevant suggestions on this basis, which has important theoretical and practical significance. On the basis of existing research, this study comprehensively applies literature method, questionnaire method, observation method and interview method to analyze the theory of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power, and analyzes the present situation and its influencing factors. Furthermore, some suggestions are put forward to improve the effect of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power. The research is divided into the following five parts: the first part, the problem raised. Through the analysis of the existing research, this study determines the specific research content and designs the research framework. The second part, research ideas and methods. This study insists on the combination of theoretical and empirical studies, quantitative and qualitative studies, and the design of multivariate polymeric methods. The research methods of literature, questionnaire, observation and interview are determined. The third part, the kindergarten teacher curriculum power basic theory analysis. This research mainly analyzes the basic theory of kindergarten curriculum power from three aspects: the foundation, the value and the rationality, and provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the present situation and the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power. The fourth part, the kindergarten teacher curriculum power present situation exploration. In this study, questionnaire survey, observation and interview are used to investigate the present situation from three aspects: the empowerment, exercise and guarantee of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power, which provides a practical basis for analyzing its influencing factors and putting forward relevant suggestions. The fifth part, the kindergarten teacher curriculum power influence factor analysis. By means of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper analyzes the influencing factors from four aspects: kindergarten teachers themselves, kindergartens, educational administrative departments and society. The sixth part, the suggestion of improving the effect of kindergarten teachers' curriculum power. Based on theoretical thinking and current situation analysis, some suggestions are put forward: strengthening teachers' consciousness of curriculum power, enhancing teachers' professional ability, giving teachers full curriculum power and creating curriculum culture of democratic cooperation. Improve the kindergarten curriculum system, strengthen the professional training of teachers, give play to the leading role of the educational administration, clear the scope of power and responsibilities.
