幼儿教师心理压力解析——透过158名幼儿教师看当前幼儿教师群体发展的障碍
[Abstract]:For a long time, the mental health of preschool teachers has been neglected by the society. With the concept of people-oriented education reform widely accepted, more and more research began to pay attention to the psychological pressure of preschool teachers. Based on a questionnaire survey of 158 preschool teachers in Shenyang, this study found that: (1) at present, preschool teachers generally bear a high degree of psychological pressure. Its working enthusiasm is gradually decreasing; (2) the stress sources of different preschool teachers are very different; (3) the current group of preschool teachers lack effective stress management strategies. The study suggests that the psychological stress of preschool teachers should be solved through positive debugging among teachers, mutual help among teachers and the attention paid by early childhood education management departments.
