幼儿游戏中教师不当介入的问题及其对策

【摘要】:教师在幼儿游戏中有着一个十分重要的作用,教师介入幼儿游戏可以丰富幼儿的游戏经历,通过与幼儿进行支持性和反应性的互动,促进幼儿认知和社会化发展;反之,如果教师介入不当,则会破坏或阻碍幼儿的游戏活动,减少幼儿的学习机会。由于教师介入游戏所产生的效果具有双面性,因此,如果教师能在恰当的时机,选择支持性的方式介入游戏之中,则教师的参与能丰富幼儿的经验,提高幼儿的游戏水平;反之,教师如果过多控制,或人为打断游戏,则通常会阻碍幼儿创造力的发展,破坏幼儿的游戏。本研究采用文献法、访谈法及观察法来展开研究。论文对无锡市雪浪中心幼儿园大班组教师进行访谈调查,通过案例,对教师在幼儿游戏中"不当介入"的问题进行分析,总结出幼儿游戏中教师存在的负效型不当介入和无效性不当介入的表现,最后针对性地提出改进对策。
[Abstract]:Teachers play a very important role in children's games. Teachers' intervention in children's games can enrich children's play experience, promote children's cognitive and social development through supportive and reactive interaction with children. If teachers intervene improperly, it will destroy or hinder children's play activities and reduce children's learning opportunities. Because the effect of teachers' intervention in the game is dual, if teachers can choose the supportive way to intervene in the game at the right time, then the teacher's participation can enrich the children's experience and improve the children's level of play. On the other hand, if the teacher controls too much, or interrupts the game artificially, it will hinder the development of children's creativity and destroy the children's play. This research adopts literature method, interview method and observation method to carry out the research. This paper makes an interview investigation on the teachers of the large class of the Xuelang Center Kindergarten in Wuxi City, and analyzes the problem of "improper intervention" of the teachers in the children's games through a case study. This paper sums up the negative effect type of improper intervention and ineffective improper intervention of teachers in children's games, and finally puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.
