基于KPI的幼儿园教师绩效考核体系研究

【摘要】：绩效考核是现代组织在人力资源管理中重要工具,它是一种周期性检查与评价员工工作表现的管理系统。与其他组织中的员工相比,幼儿园教师是位于终身教育奠基阶段的教师,是决定学前教育质量好坏的关键,对于幼儿园教师进行绩效考核,不仅要追求物质方面的公平与合理,更应注重幼儿园教师的自主性需求及个人价值的实现。因此,合理、规范、科学的绩效考核对幼儿园的建设发展有着举足轻重的作用,这也是本文的研究重点。鉴于此,本文采用了文献研究、实证调查,以及定性和定量的分析方法,将幼儿园教师的绩效考核体系作为研究主题。通过对A幼儿园教师绩效考核现状的调查和分析,重点利用KPI(关键绩效考核)构建幼儿园教师绩效考核体系,在初步形成幼儿园教师绩效考核体系的基础上,为了提高绩效考核指标体系的科学性,采用AHP(层次分析法)计算各指标权重,最终确定建立幼儿园教师绩效考核体系。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal is an important tool in human resource management of modern organizations. It is a management system that periodically checks and evaluates the performance of employees. Compared with the staff of other organizations, kindergarten teachers are teachers at the foundation stage of lifelong education, which is the key to decide the quality of preschool education. More attention should be paid to the independent needs of kindergarten teachers and the realization of personal value. Therefore, reasonable, standardized and scientific performance appraisal plays an important role in the construction and development of kindergartens, which is also the focus of this paper. In view of this, this paper adopts the methods of literature research, empirical investigation and qualitative and quantitative analysis, taking the performance appraisal system of kindergarten teachers as the research topic. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of kindergarten teachers' performance appraisal, this paper focuses on the construction of kindergarten teachers' performance appraisal system by using KPI (key performance Appraisal), which is based on the preliminary formation of kindergarten teachers' performance appraisal system. In order to improve the scientific nature of the performance appraisal index system, AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) is used to calculate the weight of each index, and finally the kindergarten teachers' performance appraisal system is established.
