学会尊重从“牵手”开始

【摘要】：幼儿虽小,但也是一个独立个体,有被爱、被肯定、被尊重的心理需要。尊重幼儿就是让幼儿对自己充满自信,相信自己有能力做出正确的选择和判断。当尊重这一需要被满足以后,幼儿才能学会去尊重他人,这就需要我们与家长"牵手"、与幼儿"牵手",甚至教会幼儿与幼儿"牵手",这样他们从中感受到爱和自身的价值,并由此学会尊重父母、尊重老师、尊重他人。
[Abstract]:Young children, although small, but also an independent individual, has been loved, affirmed, respected psychological needs. Respect for young children is to let them be confident and confident that they have the ability to make the right choices and judgments. When the need to respect is met, children learn to respect others, which requires us to "hold hands" with parents, to "hold hands" with children, and even to teach children to "hold hands" so that they can feel love and their own value.
