农村幼儿园户外体育游戏活动开展的行动研究

【摘要】:体育游戏承载着促进幼儿动作发展、身体素质提高以及培养幼儿良好意志品质的重要任务。幼儿园作为幼儿生活的主要场所,更应该重视户外体育游戏活动。但在实践调研中表明,农村幼儿园体育游戏活动开展并不尽如人意,例如大部分农村地区教师对户外游戏活动缺乏全面的认识和了解,组织安排活动的随意性很大,甚至以安全为由不开展体育游戏活动,这些都限制了农村幼儿园户外体育游戏活动的展开。因此,研究者深入到农村幼儿园进行实地调查研究,以期获得关于农村幼儿园开展户外体育游戏活动方面的些许启示。本研究以行动研究作为主要研究方法,笔者深入三江县S幼儿园,同时研究讨论选取了年龄阶段特点都适合开展户外体育游戏活动的大班为研究对象,并与幼儿园的园长、这个班的教师形成研究团队,共同学习幼儿园户外体育游戏活动相关知识。在活动计划、组织、实施、反思、改进、再计划的螺旋式发展过程中,将户外体育游戏开展的核心目标集中指向发展幼儿的“走、跑、跳、钻爬、攀登、投掷、平衡”七大基本动作的运动能力,研究者经过对每次活动的观察和教师访谈,并根据具体的教学内容、幼儿己有的学习经验、可利用的教学资源等因素,和研究团队共同确立以发展幼儿基本动作作为户外体育游戏场地规划的重要依据,再以幼儿需要掌握的运动关键经验“爬”作为活动开展的基础,分三阶段来展开活动。在三个多月的行动研究中,辅之以具体的观察、访谈等方法收集活动录像、访谈记录等相关资料,在整理和分析资料的基础上,对幼儿园户外体育游戏活动开展情况进行了分析和归纳。得出以下结论:1.“场地规划-材料投放-教师支持”是提升户外体育游戏的基本路径;2.场地规划是农村幼儿园户外体育游戏活动的前提;3.材料投放与调整是农村幼儿园户外体育游戏活动的重点;4.教师支持是是农村幼儿园户外体育游戏活动的难点。基于以上结论,对农村幼儿园开展户外体育游戏提出以下建议:1.农村幼儿园应加强户外体育游戏区场地合理的规划;2.农村教师应在户外体育游戏区投放适量的基础和拓展材料;3.农村教师应提高观察和评估幼儿基本运动水平的能力;4.培训者应加强农村幼儿园教师幼儿运动核心经验的学习。
[Abstract]:Sports games carry the important tasks of promoting the development of children's movements, improving their physical quality and cultivating their good will. Kindergarten, as the main place of children's life, should pay more attention to outdoor sports games. However, the research shows that the sports games in rural kindergartens are not satisfactory. For example, most teachers in rural areas lack a comprehensive understanding and understanding of outdoor games, and the organization and arrangement of activities is very arbitrary. Even do not carry out sports games on the grounds of safety, which restricts the development of outdoor sports games in rural kindergartens. Therefore, the researcher goes deep into the rural kindergarten to carry on the field investigation research, in order to obtain some enlightenment about the countryside kindergarten to carry on the outdoor sports game activity aspect. This study takes action research as the main research method, the author goes deep into S kindergarten in Sanjiang County, and discusses the study on the characteristics of age stage suitable for outdoor sports games as the research object, and with the kindergarten director. Teachers in this class form a research team to learn about outdoor sports activities in kindergartens. In the spiral development process of activity planning, organization, implementation, reflection, improvement and improvement, the core goal of outdoor sports game development is focused on the development of young children's "walking, running, jumping, climbing, throwing, climbing, climbing and throwing," After observing each activity and interviewing teachers, according to the specific teaching contents, the learning experience of children, the available teaching resources, etc. And the research team established the development of children's basic movements as the important basis of outdoor sports game planning, and then the children need to master the sports key experience "climb" as the basis of the activities, divided into three stages to start the activities. In the course of more than three months of action research, it was supplemented by specific observation, interviews and other methods to collect relevant data such as video recordings, interview records, etc., on the basis of collating and analyzing the data. This paper analyzes and summarizes the development of outdoor sports games in kindergartens. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. "site planning-material delivery-teacher support" is the basic path to improve outdoor sports games; 2. Site planning is the premise of outdoor sports games in rural kindergartens; 3. Material placement and adjustment is the focus of outdoor sports games in rural kindergartens; 4. Teacher support is the difficulty of outdoor sports games in rural kindergartens. Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward for rural kindergartens to develop outdoor sports games: 1. Rural kindergartens should strengthen the rational planning of outdoor sports play area; 2. Rural teachers should put in the outdoor sports game area appropriate amount of basic and development materials; 3. Rural teachers should improve the ability to observe and evaluate children's basic sports level; 4. The trainers should strengthen the study of the core experience of kindergarten teachers in rural areas.
