摘要:

结合云南省近些年来实施的基础教育政策,项目组对云南省德宏州5所小学的调查发现,基础教育政策的落实依然存在很多问题,表现在学校控辍保学工作难度大、学生语言学习存在障碍、教育财政资金投入不足等。因而提出相应的建议,保障基础教育政策的贯彻落实,促进民族地区的基础教育更好地发展。

Abstract:

Based on implementation of policies for elementary education in Yunnan Province,the research team made an investigation in five primary schools in Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province.The finding shows that there still exist many problems in implementing policies for elementary education,such as,great difficulties in controlling dropout rate,students ’ obstacles in language learning and problems in infrastructure construction.Some suggestions are offered to guarantee the implementation of elementary education policies and to promote the development of elementary education in ethnic regions.
