幼儿园绘画教学活动中师幼互动的研究

【摘要】:师幼互动是指教师与幼儿之问的相互作用,是幼儿园人际关系的核心。良好的师幼互动对于促进幼儿的身心健康发展与教师的专业成长有重要的影响。因此,教学活动中的师幼互动也越来越受到研究者们的关注。目前我国虽然已经有一些关于教学活动中师幼互动的研究,但是还缺乏较为系统性的论述及实证的研究。幼儿园绘画教学活动是幼儿园教学活动中的有机组成部分,是幼儿获得绘画知识技能、培养幼儿审美能力以及艺术创造能力的重要途径。对幼儿园绘画教学活动中师幼互动进行研究,不仅可以全面了解在此教学情境下师幼互动的现状,丰富幼儿教育理论知识,促进幼教改革,而且可以为建构绘画教学活动中积极师幼互动提供科学的依据,同时有利于教师的专业成长和绘画教学质量的提高。 本研究主要采用观察法、访谈法、文献法进行研究。选取了长沙市Z幼儿园6个班级的教师和幼儿作为研究对象,对该幼儿园绘画教学活动中的师幼互动进行了研究,研究共分为以下四个部分: 第一部分,主要阐述了研究者选题的缘由、研究的理论意义及实践意义、国内外相关研究综述以及本研究的研究方案。 第二部分,通过对观察资料和访谈记录的整理和分析,对Z幼儿园绘画教学活动中师幼互动的内容、主体及性质三个维度进行了现状描述。 第三部分,在对幼儿园绘画教学活动中师幼互动的现状描述的基础上,揭示了幼儿园绘画教学活动中师幼互动存在的问题并尝试对其进行了归因分析。 第四部分,幼儿园绘画教学活动中积极师幼互动的构建。本部分主要从提高教师职业素养、转变教师观念、创设宽松的心理环境及完善幼儿教学评价体系等方面提出构建良好师幼互动的建议。
[Abstract]:Teacher-child interaction refers to the interaction between teachers and children, which is the core of kindergarten interpersonal relationship. Good teacher-child interaction plays an important role in promoting children's physical and mental health and teachers' professional development. Therefore, the teacher-child interaction in teaching activities has been paid more and more attention by researchers. Although there have been some researches on teacher-child interaction in teaching activities in China, there is still a lack of systematic discussion and empirical research. Kindergarten painting teaching activity is an organic part of kindergarten teaching activities. It is an important way for children to acquire painting knowledge and skills, cultivate their aesthetic ability and artistic creation ability. The study of teacher-child interaction in kindergarten painting teaching activities can not only fully understand the current situation of teacher-child interaction in this teaching situation, enrich the theoretical knowledge of preschool education, and promote the reform of preschool education. Moreover, it can provide scientific basis for the construction of active teacher-child interaction in painting teaching activities, at the same time, it is beneficial to teachers' professional growth and the improvement of painting teaching quality. This research mainly adopts the observation method, the interview method, the literature method carries on the research. The teachers and children in 6 classes of Z kindergarten in Changsha City were selected as the research objects, and the teacher-child interaction in painting teaching activities of the kindergarten was studied. The study was divided into the following four parts: the first part, This paper mainly expounds the reason why the researcher selected the topic, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, the summary of relevant research at home and abroad, and the research scheme of this study. The second part, through the observation data and the interview record collation and the analysis, has carried on the present situation description to the Z kindergarten drawing teaching activity in the teacher and child interaction content, the main body and the nature three dimensions. The third part, on the basis of describing the current situation of teacher-child interaction in kindergarten painting teaching activities, reveals the problems existing in teacher-child interaction in kindergarten painting teaching activities and tries to analyze its attribution. The fourth part, the construction of active teacher-child interaction in kindergarten painting teaching activities. This part mainly puts forward some suggestions on how to build a good teacher-child interaction from the aspects of improving teachers' professional accomplishment, changing teachers' concepts, creating a relaxed psychological environment and perfecting the evaluation system of infant teaching.
