【摘要】：正日前从南京市政府召开的全市幼儿助学券发放工作会议获悉,从今年9月新学期开始,包括流动人口子女在内的全市17万在符合兑现条件幼儿园就读的适龄幼儿,将按照每人每年2000元标准享受政府发放的"幼儿助学券"。南京成为全国率先免除幼儿基本教育费用的城市。"为确保今年秋季开学全市适龄在园儿童都能按时享受到‘助学券’,市和区县两级财政共安排资金3.4
