浅论课程开发中的教师群体审议制度

【摘要】:教师群体审议是幼儿园课程开发的基础,对促进教师专业成长与幼儿园课程的完善有着重要的实践价值。教师群体审议有多种形式,在实际运用过程中要注意发现和解决出现的问题,并确立相应的激励机制,使之成为教师的自觉行为。
[Abstract]:Teacher group review is the foundation of kindergarten curriculum development and has important practical value in promoting teachers' professional growth and improving kindergarten curriculum. There are many forms of teacher group review. In the process of practical application, attention should be paid to finding and solving the problems, and the corresponding incentive mechanism should be established to make it a conscious behavior of teachers.
