顺应课改需要,提高保育员素质

【摘要】：幼儿园工作规程当中明确提出幼儿园要遵循保育和教育相结合的原则,只有这两者进行不断的渗透和相互联系,才能更好地开展德智体美的全面教育,更好地使幼儿的身心得到发展。特别是在现如今新课改的背景下,需要对保育员的角色进行重新定位和重新思考,保育员的工作技能要结合保育工作的实际需要不断进行创新以能够应对更多的挑战,这样才能够实现从单一重视卫生消毒到卫生消毒与配班参与双重视的过渡。基于此目的展开研究,主要分析在新课改背景下提升保育员素质的相关内容,希望所得结果可以为保育领域提供有价值的参考。
[Abstract]:In the kindergarten work regulations, it is clearly stated that kindergartens should follow the principle of combining care with education. Only when these two are constantly infiltrated and linked with each other, can we better carry out comprehensive education of morality, wisdom, physical beauty, and beauty. Better make the young child's body and mind development. Especially in the context of today's new curriculum reform, it is necessary to reorient and rethink the role of child-care workers, and their work skills should be constantly innovated to meet more challenges in the light of the actual needs of conservation work. Only in this way can we realize the transition from single attention to hygiene disinfection and shift participation. Based on this purpose, this paper mainly analyzes the relevant contents of improving the quality of nurses in the context of the new curriculum reform, hoping that the results can provide valuable reference for the field of conservation.
