幼儿园家长开放日活动问题与对策的研究

【摘要】:幼儿园家长开放日活动是家园共育的重要途径之一,对家长开放日活动的问题和对策进行研究有助于了解影响开放日活动的因素,完善开放日活动的相关研究,明确家长和教师在开放日活动中的角色并促使其按角色要求规范自己的行为。 研究采用观察法、问卷法和访谈法搜集资料,,对开放日活动运行前、正式运行和反馈的三个阶段中存在的问题进行分析。活动运行前的阶段存在的问题是:幼儿园的组织和准备工作紧张、繁琐而大多数的家长呈无准备状态,这根源于幼儿园领导、幼儿教师和家长三者对活动目的的认识不完全统一。活动正式运行阶段存在的问题有:教师主导开放日活动,比平时更加严谨、热情,向家长展示的部分信息是不真实的;家长在开放日中的角色不明确、行为不规范。活动的反馈阶段存在的问题有:仅幼儿园内部进行单方面的总结;如家长不主动发起与教师的交谈,家长和教师之间不进行对开放日活动的交流,家长开放日活动的评价系统尚未建立。 研究者认为开放日活动中存在问题的原因可以归结为两方面。首先,幼儿园方面:幼儿园的组织文化的差异影响开放日活动的质量、民办幼儿园基于生源的考虑、园长的领导风格对开放日活动有直接的影响、教师对开放日活动的认识影响着他们在活动中的行为。其次,家园方面:家长的“角色丛”引发的角色冲突、家长对家园合作理解存在误区。研究者根据开放日活动中存在的问题提出了以下对策:改善教师和家长的互动关系,构建学习型组织;完善评价体系,发挥评价的正向功能;促进家长参与,组建家长志愿者队伍。
[Abstract]:The kindergarten parents' open day activity is one of the important ways to jointly educate their homes. The study on the problems and countermeasures of the parents' open day activities is helpful to understand the factors that affect the open day activities and to perfect the relevant research on the open day activities. Define the roles of parents and teachers in Open Day activities and encourage them to regulate their behavior in accordance with their roles. The research adopts observation method, questionnaire method and interview method to collect data and analyze the problems existing in the three stages of official operation and feedback before the open day activities run. The problems in the pre-activity stage are: the organization and preparation of the kindergarten is tight, and most parents are unprepared, which is rooted in the kindergarten leaders. Kindergarten teachers and parents are not completely unified in their understanding of the purpose of the activities. The problems in the formal operation of the activities are: teachers lead the open day activities, more rigorous and enthusiastic than usual, showing part of the information to parents is not true; the role of parents in the open day is not clear, behavior is not standardized. There are some problems in the feedback stage of the activity: only the inside of the kindergarten carries on the unilateral summary; If parents do not initiate talks with teachers, parents and teachers do not communicate on open day activities, and the evaluation system of parents' open day activities has not been established. The researchers believe that the reasons for the problems in Open Day activities can be summed up in two aspects. First of all, kindergarten: the difference of organizational culture affects the quality of open day activities, private kindergartens based on the source of students, the director's leadership style has a direct impact on the open day activities. Teachers' understanding of open day activities affects their behavior. Secondly, home: the role conflict caused by parents'"role cluster" and the misunderstanding of parents' understanding of home cooperation. According to the problems existing in the open day activities, the researchers put forward the following countermeasures: to improve the interaction between teachers and parents, to construct a learning organization, to perfect the evaluation system and to give full play to the positive function of evaluation; Promote parental participation and set up parent volunteer teams.
