嵌入大班个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价的实践研究

【摘要】:嵌入个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价是将幼儿发展评价内容渗透在个别化学习活动中,力求将幼儿发展评价与个别化学习活动紧密相联,强调在个别化学习活动的情境中对幼儿开展真实的评价。开展嵌入大班个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价的实践研究旨在提升幼儿园教师个别化学习活动中幼儿发展评价的专业能力,从而促进幼儿的发展。本研究一方面通过对工作在一线的幼儿园教师开展嵌入个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价的认识及实践现状的调查,总结了现存问题,主要包括教师在实践中缺乏嵌入个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价的意识和行为;教师嵌入个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价内容不尽统一;教师评价过程中使用的方法和工具较单一和局限;教师对幼儿发展评价信息的分析重结果轻过程等。另一方面基于问题进行嵌入大班个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价的实践研究,同时积累嵌入大班个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价的操作案例并进行分析研究,从而总结相关实践做法,包括整合大班嵌入个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价内容、信息的收集和分析、评价结果的反馈和利用等。最后,还在总结嵌入个别化学习活动的幼儿发展评价的实践做法基础之上,给出了在具体实践中应注意的关键点。
[Abstract]:Early childhood development evaluation embedded in individual learning activities is to infiltrate the content of early childhood development evaluation into individual learning activities, and strive to closely link the evaluation of early childhood development with individual learning activities. Emphasis is placed on the real evaluation of young children in the context of individual learning activities. A practical study on the evaluation of early childhood development embedded in individual learning activities in large classes is carried out in order to improve the professional ability of kindergarten teachers in the evaluation of early childhood development in individual learning activities, so as to promote the development of young children. On the one hand, this research summarizes the existing problems by investigating the cognition and practice status of preschool development evaluation which is embedded in individual learning activities among kindergarten teachers working in the front line. It mainly includes teachers' lack of awareness and behavior of infant development evaluation embedded in individual learning activities in practice; The content of early childhood development evaluation embedded in individual learning activities by teachers is not uniform; the methods and tools used in the process of teacher evaluation are relatively single and limited; and the analysis of information on early childhood development evaluation by teachers emphasizes the results rather than the process, and so on. On the other hand, based on the problem-based practical research on the evaluation of early childhood development embedded in the individual learning activities of large classes, the author accumulates and analyzes the operational cases of the evaluation of early childhood development embedded in the individual learning activities of large classes. This paper summarizes the relevant practices, including integrating the content of ECD, collecting and analyzing the information, feedback and utilization of the evaluation results, etc. embedded in individual learning activities in large classes. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the practice of infant development evaluation embedded in individual learning activities, the key points that should be paid attention to in concrete practice are given.
