发达国家自雇发展规律的比较研究

【摘要】:自雇是世界各国常见的劳动力就业形式,但关于这种就业方式发展规律的研究却相对较少。根据分析OECD发布的发达国家自雇数据,结合有关历史背景资料,能够发现北美、欧洲以及亚洲地区发达国家自雇的特点,这些发达国家自雇既具有一般普遍规律,即随着经济发展水平的提高,自雇率会逐渐降低,也有个别国家在特殊情况下自雇率波动会有所例外。当前,自雇几乎遍布中国所有城市的大街小巷,既方便了城市生活,也给城市秩序带来一定干扰。了解和借鉴发达国家的自雇发展规律,有助于正确认识中国自雇的发展规律,并在治理自雇时给予适当建议。
[Abstract]:Self employment is a common form of labor employment in the world, but the research on the law of the development of this mode of employment is relatively small. According to the analysis of OECD in developed countries released self employment data, combined with the historical background, can find the characteristics of self employment in developed countries in North America, Europe and Asia, these developed countries self employment not only has the general common law, namely, with the economic development level, the self employment rate will be gradually reduced, there are also individual countries in particular under the condition of self employment volatility will be an exception. At present, self employment is almost all over the streets and alleys of all cities in China, which not only facilitates the life of the city, but also brings some disturbance to the urban order. To understand and learn from the law of self-employed development in developed countries, it is helpful to correctly understand the law of self-employed development in China and give appropriate suggestions when controlling self employment.
