健康对新生代农民工劳动力市场表现的影响——基于广东省335份调查问卷的实证分析

【摘要】：新生代农民工已成为中国制造业、服务业的主要劳动力供给,但该群体健康问题未能得到应有的关注,其所引致的劳动力市场负面效应日趋显著。文章以农民工工资收入和工作时间作为劳动力市场表现的代理变量,在控制其他非健康变量的情况下,实证分析健康对新生代农民工劳动力市场表现的影响,研究发现居住条件、体育锻炼、四周患病率和自评健康等健康变量对新生代农民工劳动力市场表现有显著影响。因此,改善新生代农民工医疗资源配置,完善医疗保障制度,提高新生代农民工健康意识,已成为改善其劳动力供给质量的重要途径。
[Abstract]:The new generation of migrant workers has become the main labor supply in China's manufacturing and service industries, but the health of this group has not received due attention. The negative effects of the labor market are becoming more and more obvious. This paper takes migrant workers' wages and working hours as the proxy variables of labor market performance under the control of other unhealthy variables. Empirical analysis of the impact of health on the labor market performance of the new generation of migrant workers, the study found living conditions, physical exercise. Health variables such as four-week prevalence and self-assessment of health have a significant impact on the labor market performance of the new generation of migrant workers. Therefore, improve the allocation of medical resources of the new generation of migrant workers, improve the medical security system. Improving the health awareness of the new generation of migrant workers has become an important way to improve the quality of labor supply.
