产城融合视阈下特色小镇的培育对策研究——以台州游艇小镇为例

【摘要】：特色小镇是推进新型城镇化和供给侧结构性改革的创新载体,台州游艇小镇聚焦游艇产业、旅游观光、农渔休闲等功能集成,着力构建"产、城、港、人"四位一体的新型空间,将成为产业转型升级的新蓝海、台州湾区开发的新高地、消费品质升级的新标杆。然而,在游艇小镇建设中也存在顶层设计欠缺、项目疏朗有限、资源要素制约等问题。文章以"产城融合"的视角,在分析游艇小镇的现实基础上,提出从规划、产业、项目、机制等处着力,打造产城融合示范区的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of small town are the carrier of innovation to promote the new urbanization and supply side structural reform, Taizhou Town focus yacht yacht industry, tourism, agriculture and leisure function integration, efforts to build a "production city, Hong Kong, new space" four in one, will become the new blue ocean industrial transformation and upgrading, new heights of Taizhou Bay area the development of a new benchmark, to upgrade the quality of consumption.
