【摘要】：西方发达国家经济发展的实践表明,服务业与城镇化进程有着高度的相关性。改革开放30年来,我国城镇化和服务业水平均有显著的提高,但我国城镇化进程在相当长的一段时间主要以工业为主导,服务业对城镇化进程发挥的作用有限,且从总体上来看我国城镇化和服务业的发展仍滞后于社会经济的发展。吉林省作为我国的农业大省,城镇化和服务业发展水平与我国发达省市还有一定差距。依托于东北老工业基地的发展,吉林省城镇化进程起步较早,发展水平较高。但近年来,失去了工业化的支持,城镇化进程缺乏后续动力;而服务业的快速发展则逐渐弥补这一问题,成为吉林省城镇化进程新的动力。吉林省服务业虽然发展迅速,但是仍存在地区发展不平衡、结构失衡等问题,这也制约了服务业的进一步发展。当前新形势下,吉林省城镇化进程正处于加速推进阶段,服务业也面临着前所未有的发展机遇。通过深入研究二者的关系,可以为推动吉林省城镇化进程、促进社会经济健康发展、加快产业结构升级提供理论支持。论文在总结现有的文献的基础上,基于吉林省服务业和城镇化发展的现状,理论与实证研究结合,深入讨论和分析吉林省服务业和城镇化内在联系,旨在为吉林省为服务业健康发展带动城镇化进程、促进产业结构升级、打造以长春为核心的吉林省城市群提供参考对策。论文主要由六章组成:第1章,论述研究背景、研究意义、研究方法、研究思路与研究框架、国内外相关研究综述、可能创新与不足之处;第2章,分析服务业发展相关理论、城镇化进程相关理论、服务业发展与城镇化进程的关系;第3章,分析吉林省服务业发展、吉林省城镇化进程、吉林省服务业发展与城镇化进程的关系,其中,深入分析了吉林省服务业发展和城镇化进程存在的问题及其原因;第4章,在前文研究的基础上,进行实证分析。通过建立误差修正模型来实证分析吉林省城镇化率和服务业比重这两个时间序列之间的短期波动和长期均衡关系;第5章,利用市级层面的数据建立面板数据模型,对吉林省服务业和城镇化进程的关系进一步的进行实证研究;第6章,结合前文的论述和实证,提出促进吉林省服务业发展和城镇化进程的政策建议,即优化服务业产业结构,提升服务业发展质量;营造良好的服务业发展环境;培育服务业发展新形态。本文的主要创新点在于针对于之前研究文献用单一指标来衡量城镇化水平,从而造成城镇化水平的测度出现偏差,使得研究结果有偏误,本文构造了一个指标体系来全面的衡量城镇化水平,使得研究结果更加有意义;当然由于个人能力有限,本文研究有待进一步的深入。
[Abstract]:Practice shows that the economic development of western developed countries, there is a high correlation between service industry and urbanization. In the 30 years of reform and opening up, China's urbanization and service levels were significantly increased, but the process of urbanization in China for quite a long period of time is mainly dominated by industry, the service industry of urbanization the process plays a limited role, from the overall development and the development of China's urbanization and service industry still lags behind the social economy. Jilin Province as a major agricultural province in China, the urbanization and the development level of service industry in China and developed provinces and cities still have certain difference. Based on the development of old industrial base in Northeast China. The process of urbanization in Jilin province started earlier, higher level of development. Under the new situation, the process of urbanization in Jilin province is in the accelerating stage, service industry is facing development opportunities through hitherto unknown. To study the relationship between the two, can promote the process of urbanization in Jilin Province, to promote the healthy development of social economy, accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure to provide theoretical support. Based on summarizing the existing literature on the status of the service industry and the development of urbanization in Jilin Province Based on the theoretical and empirical research combined, in-depth discussion and analysis the inner link of service industry in Jilin province and cities and towns, to Jilin province for the healthy development of service industry to promote the process of urbanization, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, build a city in Jilin Province as the core of the Changchun The group provides references. The thesis consists of six chapters: the first chapter discusses the research background, research significance, research methods, research ideas and research framework, the domestic and foreign related research, innovation and inadequacies; the second chapter, analysis of theory relevant to the development of service industry, urbanization theory, the relationship between the development of service industry and the process of urbanization; the third chapter analyzes the development of service industry in Jilin Province, Jilin Province, the urbanization process, the development of the service industry in Jilin province and the process of urbanization, analyzes deeply the existing development of service industry in Jilin province and urbanization problems and reasons; the fourth chapter, on the basis of previous studies, for empirical analysis. By establishing the error correction model to empirical analysis between the proportion of the urbanization rate of Jilin province and the service industry of the two time series of short-term fluctuation and long-term equilibrium relationship; the fifth chapter, the use of municipal level data. Vertical panel data model, relationship of service industry in Jilin province and urbanization process for further empirical research; the sixth chapter, based on the above discussion and empirical analysis, put forward to promote the development of service industry in Jilin province and urbanization policy recommendations, namely the service industry to optimize the industrial structure, promote the development of the service industry to create a good service quality; industry development environment; cultivate the development of service industry in new forms. The main innovation of this paper is to study the literature before the needle with a single index to measure the level of urbanization, resulting in the measure of the urbanization level deviation, the research results are error, this paper constructs a comprehensive index system to measure the level of urbanization. Which makes the results more meaningful; of course, because the individual ability is limited, this paper studies deeply.
