【摘要】:随着电商的崛起,物流货物中携带的易燃易爆等危险品影响物流行业发展,同时也威胁着工作人员的安全。X射线在物流货物安检系统已经得到广泛利用,但是X射线只能检测出货物的形状,不能确定货物的分子组成及货物的种类,更无法对液态及粉尘类等货物进行准确检测。拉曼光谱仪对于液体及粉尘类危险品的检测准确度比传统的X射线精确,但是拉曼光谱仪只能透过透明或半透明的包装对货物进行检测,再加上现场环境的影响,会造成光谱仪获得的被测货物的现场拉曼光谱图不够精确,故使得拉曼光谱仪用于现场物流货物检测得不到普及。首先,本文对拉曼光谱图传统数据降噪处理算法进行了分析和总结,通过重新设计数据处理部分的降噪阈值函数;其次,在使用小波降噪算法时,利用基于平移不变的小波阈值降噪算法生成的阈值,提高拉曼光谱图的精度,并且通过仿真验证了该算法的有效性,从而可将拉曼光谱仪广泛用于物流货物危险品检测中;最后,设计研究出一套基于X射线检测装置和拉曼光谱仪及PLC的物流货物危险品检测分拣系统。该系统能够通过自动分拣出X射线不能准确检测的可疑货物以及能确定的非紧急处理的危险品,对可疑货物通过拉曼光谱仪进行二次检测,以确定可疑货物的成份,进行分类处理。利用电子标签有效完成检测系统和PLC之间的通信,提高了危险品分拣的效率。系统包括检测部分、识别部分、分拣部分、监控部分和人机界面。用组态王软件实现了电子标签阅读和危险品的自动分拣,测试系统的相关性能,表明该系统具有一定的应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the rise of e-commerce, dangerous goods such as flammable and explosive goods carried in logistics goods affect the development of logistics industry. At the same time, it also threatens the safety of staff. X-rays have been widely used in logistics cargo security system. But X-rays can only detect the shape of the goods, not the molecular composition of the goods and the kind of goods. The raman spectrometer is more accurate than the traditional X-ray detection for liquid and dust dangerous goods. However, Raman spectrometer can only detect the goods through transparent or translucent packaging, plus the impact of the field environment, will result in the spectrometer to obtain the measured goods Raman spectrum is not accurate in situ. Therefore, Raman spectrometer is not widely used in field logistics cargo detection. Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the traditional denoising algorithm of Raman spectrum data. By redesigning the denoising threshold function of the data processing part; Secondly, in the use of wavelet denoising algorithm, the threshold generated by wavelet threshold de-noising algorithm based on translation invariant is used to improve the accuracy of Raman spectrum, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation. Thus the Raman spectrometer can be widely used in the detection of dangerous goods in logistics. Finally. This system can automatically sort out suspicious goods which can not be detected accurately by X ray, Raman spectrometer and PLC. The suspicious goods are detected twice by Raman spectrometer in order to determine the components of the suspicious goods and classify them. The communication between the detection system and the PLC is effectively completed by using the electronic label. Improve the efficiency of dangerous goods sorting. The system includes detection part, identification part, sorting part, monitoring part and man-machine interface. Using Kingview software to achieve electronic tag reading and dangerous goods automatic sorting. The correlativity of the system shows that the system has certain application value.
