平安银行金融支持新型城镇化建设问题研究

【摘要】：城镇化是指随着工业的产业升级,从事农业生产的人口向城镇迁移,经济结构由传统农业生产转为第二产业及第三产业的发展过程,也是一国实现现代化的重要标志之一。而新型城镇化是指以人口城镇化为核心,以城市群为主体形态,以综合承载能力为支撑,以体制机制创新为保障,促进产业发展、就业转移和人口集聚相统一,走以人为本、集约高效、绿色智能、四化同步的中国特色发展道路,全面提高城镇化质量。新型城镇化将会成为实现我国经济快速发展及产业升级的引擎,并给商业银行带来巨大的业务发展空间。面对新型城镇化带来的战略机遇,商业银行既要积极参与新型城镇化,同时也要抓住这一历史机遇,实现业务转型和资产结构调整,推动金融业务又快又好发展。对于中小商业银行来说,如何通过支持新型城镇化获得自身发展是新时期必须要考虑的战略问题。本文以平安银行为研究对象,在认真学习和吸收借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,明确新型城镇化和金融支持的内涵,基于城镇化理论、金融发展理论和城镇化与金融发展的作用机制,分析新型城镇化与金融发展间的关系、新型城镇化建设中的金融需求和金融供给,然后,结合平安银行的实际情况探讨平安银行支持新型城镇化的机遇和挑战、优势和劣势,构建平安银行支持新型城镇的SWOT矩阵,同时,借鉴总结商业银行支持新型城镇化的经验,最后,从平安银行发展策略的角度出发,有针对性地提出平安银行通过加强渠道建设、提升服务能力,实施倾斜信贷政策、加大支持力度等支持新型城镇化建设的发展策略,以期为平安银行未来金融业务的发展提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:Urbanization refers to the process of changing the economic structure from the traditional agricultural production to the secondary and tertiary industries with the upgrading of industry and the migration of the population engaged in agricultural production to cities and towns. It is also one of the important symbols of the modernization of a country. The new urbanization refers to the population urbanization as the core, the urban agglomeration as the main form, the comprehensive carrying capacity as the support, and the system and mechanism innovation as the guarantee. Promote industrial development, employment transfer and population concentration unified, take the people-oriented, intensive and efficient, green intelligence, the four synchronous development of Chinese characteristics. Comprehensively improve the quality of urbanization. New urbanization will become the engine of rapid economic development and industrial upgrading in China. In the face of the strategic opportunity brought by the new urbanization, commercial banks should not only actively participate in the new urbanization, but also seize this historical opportunity. To achieve business transformation and asset structure adjustment, promote the rapid and sound development of financial services. For small and medium-sized commercial banks. How to support the new urbanization to achieve its own development is a strategic issue to be considered in the new period. This paper takes Ping an Bank as the research object, on the basis of studying and absorbing the relevant research results at home and abroad. Make clear the connotation of new urbanization and financial support, based on urbanization theory, financial development theory and the mechanism of urbanization and financial development, analyze the relationship between new urbanization and financial development. New urbanization in the construction of financial demand and financial supply, and then, combined with the actual situation of Ping an Bank to explore the opportunities and challenges to support the new urbanization, strengths and weaknesses. Construct the SWOT matrix of Ping an Bank to support the new towns, at the same time, draw lessons from the experience of commercial banks to support the new urbanization, finally, from the perspective of the development strategy of Ping an Bank. Put forward the development strategy of Ping an Bank in support of new urbanization construction through strengthening channel construction, improving service capacity, implementing slanting credit policy, increasing support and so on. In order to provide reference and reference for the future development of financial business of Ping an Bank.
