【摘要】:近年来,互联网迅速发展,国家对于互联网的重视程度越来越高。移动互联网作为互联网的一个分支,在日常生活中的作越来越凸显。以手机终端作为移动互联网应用平台在人群中日益兴起。新生代农民工群体逐渐壮大,成为城市劳动力的主要来源。他们相比较老一代农民工接受新鲜事物的能力更强,更加具有灵活性,从事的行业也更倾向于具有挑战性或具有更高技术含量的工作。其就业问题关系到整个城市社会稳定和经济发展。因此,解决新生代农民工就业问题成为了关键。本文对于新生代农民工的上网途径、对通讯软件的了解程度、上网内容、上网频次方面进行移动互联网使用的描述,并从受教育程度、就业前培训与工会参与情况、就业花费的时间和金钱、维权行为、就业信息获取渠道和数量对新生代农民工的就业能力进行了描述与分析。移动互联网在新生代农民工群体中的使用对就业能力有怎样的影响,是本文主要的研究内容。本文基于对辽宁省农民工的问卷调查,以辽宁省新生代农民工为研究对象,从求职时间花费、就业信息获取途径及数量、对所获取就业信息的评价和工会参与情况对新生代农民工就业能力现状进行描述,分析了移动互联网使用对新生代农民工就业能力的影响。将就业能力以就业成本、社会网络、权益维护以及就业信息获取途径四个变量表示,利用tobit、负二项回归、logistic和ologit回归模型对数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明,移动互联网使用对于就业能力的以上四个方面均有正向影响,其中对社会网络和权益维护影响显著,具体表现为使用移动互联网能够扩大社会网络,能够帮助新生代农民工增强法律意识,增加其签订劳动合同的概率,拓宽就业信息获取渠道,但会增加就业时间成本。同时,对提升新生代农民工就业能力提出四方面建议,政府应加强信息服务建设,为新生代农民工就业提供良好的基础和保障;企业应转变观念,积极承担帮助就业的社会责任;移动互联网媒体要优化网络环境,保持信息新鲜度,提高实用性;新生代农民工个人应自主学习与应用互联网技术。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, the country pays more and more attention to the Internet. Mobile Internet as a branch of the Internet. In the daily life of more and more prominent. Mobile phone terminal as a mobile Internet application platform in the crowd is emerging. The new generation of migrant workers groups gradually grow. As the main source of urban labor, they are more flexible and able to accept new things than the older generation of migrant workers. Jobs are also more likely to be challenging or highly skilled. Their employment concerns the social stability and economic development of the city as a whole. To solve the problem of employment of the new generation of migrant workers has become the key. This paper describes the use of mobile Internet for the new generation of migrant workers, the understanding of the communication software, the content of the Internet, the frequency of the Internet. And from the level of education, pre-employment training and trade union participation, employment spent time and money, rights behavior. Employment information access channels and the number of the new generation of migrant workers to describe and analyze the employability. The use of mobile Internet in the new generation of migrant workers groups how to affect the employability. Based on the questionnaire survey of migrant workers in Liaoning Province, this paper takes the new generation of migrant workers in Liaoning Province as the research object, from the time spent, employment information access and quantity. The evaluation of the obtained employment information and the participation of trade unions describe the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper analyzes the influence of the use of mobile Internet on the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers. The employment ability is expressed as four variables: employment cost, social network, rights and interests maintenance and access to employment information, using tobit. Negative binomial regression logistic and ologit regression models are used to test the data. The results show that the use of mobile Internet has a positive impact on the above four aspects of employability. The impact on social networks and rights and interests is significant, the specific performance is that the use of mobile Internet can expand social networks, can help the new generation of migrant workers to enhance their legal awareness, increase their probability of signing labor contracts. Widening the access to employment information, but will increase the cost of employment time. At the same time, the new generation of migrant workers to improve the employability of four suggestions, the government should strengthen the construction of information services. To provide a good basis and guarantee for the new generation of migrant workers employment; Enterprises should change their concepts and take on the social responsibility of helping employment actively; Mobile Internet media should optimize the network environment, maintain the freshness of information, and improve the practicability; The new generation of migrant workers should learn and apply Internet technology on their own.
