保障性住房社区研究:回顾与展望

【摘要】：保障性住房建设不仅是住房建设,更重要的是社区共同体的营造。保障性住房社区建设是直接决定保障房政策实现社会效能的关键指标之一。文章基于对中国知网(CNKI)相关文献的搜集,运用Bicomb2.0共词分析软件对我国保障性住房研究文献进行了计量分析。研究发现,相关文献研究成果数量与保障性住房政策发展过程有着紧密关系;研究热点分散于保障房政策、融资建设和后期管理研究,社区研究在整个研究热图中处于边缘地位,且研究学科集中于人文地理学、管理学等;保障性住房社区研究的四个核心议题分别是保障性住房的空间选址与社区隔离研究、保障性住房社区居住满意度及影响因素、保障性住房社区邻里互动与社会融合、保障性住房社区的公共服务和社区治理。最后,评估了保障性住房社区研究的整体进展以及不足之处,展望了保障性住房社区研究的未来拓展思路。
[Abstract]:The construction of affordable housing is not only housing construction. More important is the construction of community community. The construction of affordable housing community is one of the key indicators to directly determine the indemnificatory apartment policy to achieve social efficiency. Using the Bicomb2.0 coterm analysis software, this paper makes an econometric analysis on the research literature of affordable housing in China. There is a close relationship between the quantity of research results and the development process of the indemnificatory housing policy. The research focus is scattered in indemnificatory apartment policy, financing construction and later management research. Community research is marginal in the whole research hot map, and the research subjects focus on humanities geography, management science and so on. The four core topics of the research on affordable housing community are the spatial location and community isolation of affordable housing, the satisfaction degree and influencing factors of affordable housing community. Neighborhood interaction and social integration of affordable housing community, public services and community governance of affordable housing community. Finally, the overall progress and shortcomings of research on affordable housing community are evaluated. Prospects for the future development of affordable housing community research ideas.
