影响毕业生就业稳定性的七力模型构建

【摘要】:毕业生缺乏就业稳定性是一个日益严重的问题,就业稳定性不仅影响国家的经济发展、企业的正常运作,也在毕业生们的职业规划中扮演着重要的角色。因此,本文通过识别和分析影响大学生就业稳定性的主要驱动力,构建了影响毕业生就业稳定性的七力模型,发现国家政策的导向力、区域产业经济的发展力、行业壁垒的排斥力、企业的招聘力、组织的和谐力、家庭背景的支持力、毕业生的就业力是影响毕业生就业稳定性的主要因素。最后,针对提高毕业生自身就业力提出了进行有效人力资本管理、积极搜索职业选择、进行动态规划、强化职业意识、调整就业观念等建议。
[Abstract]:The lack of employment stability of graduates is an increasingly serious problem. Employment stability not only affects the economic development of the country, the normal operation of enterprises, but also plays an important role in the career planning of graduates. By identifying and analyzing the main driving forces affecting the employment stability of college students, this paper constructs a seven-force model that affects the employment stability of graduates, and finds out the guiding force of national policies and the development of regional industrial economy. The repulsive power of the industry barrier, the recruitment ability of the enterprise, the harmonious ability of the organization, the support of the family background and the employment ability of the graduates are the main factors affecting the employment stability of the graduates. In order to improve graduates' employability, some suggestions are put forward, such as carrying out effective human capital management, actively searching for career choice, carrying out dynamic planning, strengthening professional consciousness and adjusting employment concept.
