欧美发达国家城镇化发展和投融资模式的经验性做法及其借鉴

【摘要】：城镇化水平是衡量一个国家发展进程的重要指标,我国的城镇化建设正进入一个全新的发展阶段。本文通过对欧美等发达国家城镇化发展模式的分析,尤其是其城镇化过程中投融资模式的解读,总结出欧美等发达国家在城镇化发展中的一些经验,为我国下一阶段的城镇化发展提供可以借鉴的方式方法。我国的城镇化较之发达国家存在着明显的时间上的落后,故本文还重点分析了发达国家城镇化发展过程中的几个关键的转折点,避免在我国的城镇化发展过程中重蹈发达国家覆辙。
[Abstract]:The level of urbanization is an important index to measure the development of a country. The construction of urbanization in China is entering a new stage of development. This paper analyzes the development mode of urbanization in developed countries such as Europe and America. In particular, the interpretation of the investment and financing mode in the process of urbanization summarizes some experiences of developed countries such as Europe and the United States in the development of urbanization. It can be used as a reference for the development of urbanization in the next stage of our country. China's urbanization is obviously lagging behind in time compared with the developed countries. Therefore, this paper also analyzes several key turning points in the development of urbanization in developed countries so as to avoid repeating the mistakes of developed countries in the course of urbanization development in China.
