广西对外贸易就业效应研究

【摘要】：随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立与发展以及“一带一路”战略的推进,广西凭借优越的地理位置和得天独厚的资源优势,经济呈现跨越式大发展,特别是对外贸易发展迅速。广西劳动力众多,且以非熟练劳动力为主,劳动力质量不高,就业问题严重。在这种背景下,研究广西对外贸易就业效应对缓解广西就业问题具有现实的重要意义。本文详细系统的梳理了国内外学者关于对外贸易就业效应的文献,归纳了国际贸易中关于就业的理论,主要包括比较优势理论、H-O-S理论和对外贸易乘数理论。其次,分析了对外贸易影响就业的机理,主要包括对外贸易通过扩大需求影响就业数量、通过技术进步影响就业质量以及通过产业结构影响就业结构三种路径。然后,文章分析了广西对外贸易规模、对外贸易结构、对外贸易方式以及对外贸易主要国别市场等一系列现状,探讨了广西就业规模、就业质量和就业结构。在此基础上提出了广西对外贸易和就业中存在的主要问题。运用stata软件通过建立时间序列数据模型实证检验2001-2015年广西对外贸易对就业数量、就业质量和就业结构的影响。实证结果显示,进口的增加对就业数量的增长具有抑制作用,出口增加对就业数量具有明显的拉动作用;进口增加对就业质量的提高具有正向的促进作用,出口增加对就业质量的影响不显著;进口对就业结构的影响不显著,出口对就业结构的影响具有正向的拉动作用。最后,在理论和实证结果的基础上,本文提出了具有针对性的建议,包括扩大贸易规模、开辟新的贸易增长点、优化出口贸易结构,促进就业增长、正确认识进口,促进进口适度增长、提高劳动力素质,增加劳动力稳定性以及平衡就业质量和就业数量之间的关系。
[Abstract]:With the establishment and development of China-ASEAN Free Trade area and the promotion of "Belt and Road" strategy, Guangxi's economy has developed by leaps and bounds with its superior geographical position and unique natural resources advantage. Especially the rapid development of foreign trade. Guangxi has a large number of labor forces, mainly unskilled labor, the quality of labor force is not high, and the employment problem is serious. Under this background, It is of practical significance to study the employment effect of foreign trade in Guangxi. This paper systematically combs the literature of domestic and foreign scholars on the employment effect of foreign trade, and sums up the theory of employment in international trade. It mainly includes the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of foreign trade multiplier. Secondly, it analyzes the mechanism of foreign trade influencing employment, mainly including the influence of foreign trade on the quantity of employment through expanding demand. There are three ways to influence the quality of employment through technological progress and the structure of employment through industrial structure. Then, the paper analyzes the scale and structure of Guangxi's foreign trade. The mode of foreign trade and the main national markets of foreign trade are a series of current situations, and the scale of employment in Guangxi is discussed. On this basis, the main problems in Guangxi's foreign trade and employment are put forward. Using stata software, the author empirically tests the amount of Guangxi's foreign trade to employment from 2001 to 2015 by establishing a time series data model. The effect of employment quality and employment structure. The empirical results show that the increase of import has a restraining effect on the growth of employment quantity, and the increase of export has a significant pulling effect on the quantity of employment. The increase of import has a positive effect on the quality of employment, while the increase of export has no significant effect on the quality of employment; the influence of import on the structure of employment is not significant, and the effect of export on the structure of employment has a positive pulling effect. Finally, On the basis of theoretical and empirical results, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions, including expanding the scale of trade, opening up new trade growth points, optimizing export trade structure, promoting employment growth, and correctly understanding imports. To promote the moderate increase of imports, improve the quality of labor force, increase the stability of labor force and balance the relationship between the quality of employment and the quantity of employment.
