创意城市与城市休闲耦合发展驱动机制研究

【摘要】:20世纪90年代以来,伴随着全球化深度推进和新经济的快速发展,全球各国都经历着巨大的经济、社会转型。城市开始逐渐褪去19世纪煤烘烟熏的工业形象,并且在科技创意以及文化创意双轮驱动下开始复兴。但90年代末城市边缘兴起的单一规划的产业园、科技园"宜居"与"宜业"的矛盾突出,以点状散落式分布的休闲服务和公共服务为代表的城市民生建设严重滞后,加上部分城市内部工业遗产依然伤逝城市活力。而21世纪初期,以创意产业园为代表的创意产业与城市休闲产业融合模式下的新型生产关系,一方面催生了许多新型业态如电商业、民宿业,另一方面创意与休闲的互动也不断重塑着城市的形态、性质与功能。创意城市与城市休闲系统的耦合发展对城市的复兴、功能优化及提升是一新生事物和新现象,研究创意城市与城市休闲耦合发展的驱动机制也是一个全新课题和前沿内容,成为当前政府和学界普遍关注的焦点领域和热点问题。创意城市与城市休闲耦合发展,不仅是社会经济形态和城市空间结构的变迁,也是城市功能提升与文化特色塑造的重要方向。本文在分析国内外城市休闲发展与创意城市构建的文献的基础上,归纳总结出创意城市与城市休闲耦合发展的内在机理,又深度剖析了驱动这种耦合发展的四种内部动力以及四种外部驱动力,包括空间驱动力、经济驱动力、人才驱动力、融合驱动力、政府驱动力、消费驱动力、资源驱动力及创意驱动力,最终提出创意城市与城市休闲耦合驱动发展的驱动机制模型,并以实证分析杭州城市休闲与创意城市耦合发展的态势基础上,提出政策发展建议。归纳而言,本文主要回答了以下几个问题:(1)创意城市与城市休闲之间具有怎样的互动关系?(2)是什么因素驱动了这样的发展关系?(3)这种互动发展关系在杭州地区是如何表现出来的?通过一系列的分析和论述,研究结果表明,创意城市与城市休闲的耦合具体表现在经济要素、文化要素、科技要素、环境要素四个方面;城市空间更新、政府管治、人才成长以及经济发展是创意城市与城市休闲耦合发展的外部驱动力,而产业融合、创意更新、资源以及消费的拉动是创意城市与城市休闲耦合发展的内部驱动力。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, with the deepening of globalization and the rapid development of the new economy, every country in the world has experienced a huge economic and social transformation. But in the end of 90s, the single planned industrial park, the contradiction between "livable" and "suitable industry", was prominent. Urban livelihood construction, represented by point-like scattered leisure services and public services, lags behind, and industrial heritage in some cities still kills the city's vitality. And in the beginning of 21th century, On the one hand, the new production relations under the mode of integration of creative industry and urban leisure industry, represented by creative industry park, have given birth to many new forms of business, such as electric commerce, residential industry, and so on. On the other hand, the interaction between creativity and leisure is constantly reshaping the form, nature and function of the city. The coupling development of the creative city and the urban leisure system is a new thing and a new phenomenon for the revival, function optimization and promotion of the city. The research on the driving mechanism of the coupling development of creative city and urban leisure is also a new topic and frontier content, which has become the focus area and hot issue of the current government and academic circles, and the coupling development of creative city and urban leisure. It is not only the change of the social economic form and the urban spatial structure, but also the important direction of the promotion of the urban function and the shaping of the cultural characteristics. This paper analyzes the literature of the urban leisure development and the construction of the creative city at home and abroad. The internal mechanism of the coupling development of creative city and urban leisure is summarized, and the four internal driving forces and four external driving forces, including spatial driving force, economic driving force and talent driving force, are deeply analyzed. Finally, the driving mechanism model of coupling the development of creative city and urban leisure is put forward, which is driven by integration driving force, government driving force, consumption driving force, resource driving force and creative driving force. Based on the empirical analysis of the coupling development of urban leisure and creative city in Hangzhou, this paper puts forward some suggestions for policy development. In summary, this paper mainly answers the following questions: 1) what is the interactive relationship between creative city and urban leisure? What drives such a development relationship? How does this kind of interactive development relation manifest in Hangzhou area? Through a series of analysis and discussion, the research results show that the coupling of creative city and urban leisure is embodied in four aspects: economy, culture, science and technology, environment, urban space renewal, government administration, etc. Talent growth and economic development are the external driving forces of the coupling development of creative city and urban leisure, while industrial convergence, creative renewal, resource and consumption are the internal driving forces of the coupling development of creative city and urban leisure.
