喀什市城镇化发展与建设用地结构变化关联性研究

【摘要】：城镇化发展是人类社会发展的必由之路,城市土地是人们赖以生存和发展的宝贵物质基础,二者之间存在紧密的联系。随着城镇化发展进程的加快,城市建设用地迅速增长,一方面,城镇化发展影响了建设用地的发展趋势,另一方面,建设用地的可持续利用成为影响城市发展的重要因素。与此同时,人口和经济的快速增长,造成城镇化发展和城市土地供需产生矛盾。城市建设用地的增长不可避免地威胁到城市周边的耕地,导致数量有限的优质土地被侵占,进一步激化土地供需矛盾。因此,探究城镇化发展与建设用地结构变化的内在联系,从而有针对性地提出对策,平衡城镇化发展与建设用地利用的关系,实现城市土地可持续利用具有重要意义。文中采用相关统计方法和遥感图像的基础解译,分析喀什市2000-2014年的城镇化发展和建设用地规模及结构变化的特征与趋势,并利用灰色关联法分析两者间的关联性.研究结果表明:经济、人口、社会、生态城镇化发展指标权重分别为0.396、0.255、0.224、0.125,即经济对城镇化发展贡献最大,其次是人口和社会因素,最后是生态因素.研究期内,受城镇化发展影响,建设用地总体规模扩大显著,增加的部分主要来源于耕地的转化;通过计算,喀什市城镇化指标与建设用地指标之间有较强的关联性,多年平均关联系数均0.65,表明喀什市的城镇化发展与建设用地结构的变化是双向、复杂的动态过程,引起建设用地结构变化最主要的因素是社会因素,针对以上特点,指出喀什市城镇化发展过程中存在的问题,提出调整人口结构,加大公共设施的投入,保护城市生态环境和合理利用土地资源等建议。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization is the only way for the development of human society. Urban land is the precious material foundation on which people depend for survival and development, and there is a close relationship between the two. On the one hand, urbanization affects the development trend of construction land, on the other hand, sustainable use of construction land becomes an important factor affecting urban development. The growth of urban construction land inevitably threatens the cultivated land around the city, resulting in a limited number of high-quality land being occupied, which further intensifies the contradiction between land supply and demand. This paper probes into the internal relation between urbanization development and the change of construction land structure, and then puts forward some countermeasures to balance the relationship between urbanization development and construction land use. It is of great significance to realize the sustainable use of urban land. In this paper, the characteristics and trends of urbanization, scale and structure change of construction land in Kashgar City from 2000 to 2014 are analyzed by using the relevant statistical methods and the basic interpretation of remote sensing images. The results show that the weight of economic, population, social and ecological urbanization development index is 0.396U 0.255U 0.2240.125, that is, economy contributes the most to urbanization development, followed by population and social factors. Finally, ecological factors. During the research period, affected by the development of urbanization, the overall scale of construction land expanded significantly, and the increase mainly came from the conversion of cultivated land. There is a strong correlation between the urbanization index and the construction land index in Kashi, and the average correlation coefficient is 0.65 for many years, which indicates that the urbanization development and the change of the construction land structure in Kashi is a two-way and complex dynamic process. The most important factor causing the structural change of construction land is social factor. In view of the above characteristics, this paper points out the problems existing in the development of urbanization in Kashi, and proposes to adjust the population structure and increase the input of public facilities. Protection of urban ecological environment and rational use of land resources and other suggestions.
