关于监督抽查中声称质量水平值标准化相关问题的探讨

【摘要】：产品质量监督的抽查方案与要求按产品标准执行,好像已实现了准确、规范、一致的目标。但是,由于在监督抽查的关键环节——获取声称质量水平值上,没有实行标准规划是现代版的刻舟求剑,与监督抽查的标准化工作相差甚远。要做好此项工作,首先是准确确定声称质量水平值,使之达到标准化要求,其次才是监督抽查过程的规范化、程序化。否则,一切严格的抽查程序、准确的检测结果都是无济于事,甚至会产生相反的作用。
