【摘要】：医疗卫生一直是我国改革的重大课题,而妇幼卫生工作是医疗卫生工作的重要内容,关系到我国未来的命运。我国开展妇幼保健卫生工作的主要载体是妇幼保健机构,是肩负着改善妇女儿童健康、提高人口素质重要使命的公共卫生专业机构。近年来,我国妇幼保健工作的服务需求增长迅速,人民群众对妇幼保健机构所提供卫生服务的质量和内容都提出了更新更高的要求,妇幼保健机构的各方面的建设有待进一步增强。经济可行性研究是工程项目建设前期的重要工作,是项目可行性研究的重要内容。进行经济可行性研究的意旨在于降低工程项目投资过程中的风险,为项目的投资决策提供科学依据。本文就潍坊市妇女儿童健康中心建设项目的经济可行性展开研究,通过计算项目内部收益率等多个财务指标,对项目的盈利能力进行分析;通过盈亏平衡分析和敏感性分析进行项目的不确定性分析,分析项目的抗风险能力,以此论证该项目的经济效益,分析论证项目的经济可行性,为该项目的投资决策提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Medical and health care has always been an important subject in the reform of our country, and maternal and child health work is an important part of medical and health work, which is related to the future fate of our country. The main carrier of maternal and child health care work in China is the maternal and child health care organization. In recent years, the demand for maternal and child health services in China has increased rapidly. The people have set new and higher demands on the quality and content of the health services provided by maternal and child health care institutions. All aspects of the construction of maternal and child health care institutions need to be further strengthened. Economic feasibility study is an important work in the early stage of the construction of the project. The purpose of the economic feasibility study is to reduce the risk in the process of project investment. This paper studies the economic feasibility of the construction project of Weifang Women's and Children's Health Center, and analyzes the profitability of the project by calculating several financial indicators such as the internal rate of return of the project. The uncertainty analysis of the project is carried out through break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, and the anti-risk ability of the project is analyzed, so as to prove the economic benefit of the project and the economic feasibility of the project. It provides the scientific basis for the investment decision of the project.
