城镇化进程中促进西部地区经济可持续发展的策略

【摘要】：近年来,我国西部地区经济增速迅猛,国家紧密部署的城镇化组合新政、东部地区产业转移政策和"一带一路"建设为新一轮人口落户西部城市提供了新的机遇。然而,在城镇化进程中实现西部地区经济可持续发展还面临一系列现实难题需要解决。西部地区应抓住难得的机遇,直面挑战,通过产业转型升级发展、绿色产业发展、财政政策调整和落户政策保障等措施,为推动区域城镇化发展和经济长期可持续发展注入动力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid economic growth in the western region of China, the new policy of urbanization combination, the policy of industrial transfer in the eastern region and the construction of "Belt and Road" have provided a new opportunity for the new population to settle in the western cities. In the process of urbanization, the realization of sustainable economic development in the western region also faces a series of practical problems to be solved. The western region should seize the rare opportunities, face the challenges directly, and develop green industry through industrial transformation and upgrading. The adjustment of fiscal policy and the guarantee of settling down policy will inject impetus to promote the development of regional urbanization and the long-term sustainable development of economy.
