城镇化建设与新生代农民工返乡创业的双螺旋耦合研究

【摘要】：在空间、时间存在耦合逻辑的基础上,阐述了城镇化建设与新生代农民工返乡创业的耦合互动关系。城镇化建设使得小城(县)、镇地区成为资源要素的聚集地,吸引和激励了众多具有创业意愿的新生代农民工返乡创业;而新生代农民工返乡创业通过促进空间转移、就业与市民化转型推进了城镇化建设进程。同时,两者对于地区经济发展的驱动作用相互影响,表现为双螺旋上升的态势,进而构建了双螺旋耦合模型,揭示了两者内在互动的协同性和规律性以及在促进地区经济发展中的具体模式,为管理者提供了相关启示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the coupling logic of space and time, this paper expounds the coupling interaction between the urbanization construction and the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses. It has attracted and encouraged many new generation migrant workers with entrepreneurial intention to return to start their own businesses, while the new generation of migrant workers return home to start their own businesses by promoting spatial transfer, employment and civic transformation to promote the process of urbanization, at the same time, The driving effect of the two factors on the regional economic development is influenced by each other, which shows that the double helix is rising, and then the double helix coupling model is constructed. This paper reveals the synergy and regularity of the internal interaction between the two and the concrete mode of promoting the regional economic development, which provides relevant enlightenment for the managers.
