食品安全社会共治模式研究:供应链可持续治理的视角

【摘要】：食品安全的社会共治模式可以从供应链可持续管理的视角出发进行讨论,将社会共治模式中的政府、社会组织、消费者等治理主体设计为供应链利益相关者,治理模式所要研究和解决的就是供应链中诸多利益相关者的关系问题,即通过对食品供应链可持续治理的研究来解决社会共治的制度安排和治理机制问题。基于主体-结构-影响因素-治理模式的供应链可持续治理框架,论文设计了核心企业CSR主导型、供应链交易主导型以及利益相关者主导型的食品安全社会共治模式,以食品企业为焦点,在治理环境的影响下,通过经济契约的联结与社会关系的嵌入所构成的供应链利益相关者之间的制度安排,并通过一系列的治理机制与保障手段,实现食品安全有效治理。
[Abstract]:The social co-treatment model of food safety can be discussed from the perspective of sustainable management of supply chain.What the governance model should study and solve is the relationship between many stakeholders in the supply chain, that is, to solve the institutional arrangement and governance mechanism of social co-governance through the study of sustainable governance of food supply chain.Based on the sustainable governance framework of supply chain based on the model of agent-structure-influence factor-governance, this paper designs the food safety social co-governance model of core enterprise CSR, supply chain transaction and stakeholders.Under the influence of the governance environment, the institutional arrangement between supply chain stakeholders formed by the connection of economic contract and the embedding of social relations, and a series of governance mechanism and safeguard means, are focused on food enterprises.Food safety and effective management.
