基于产业关联的辽宁省制造业与物流业协同效率研究

【摘要】：众所周知,随着我国经济增长速度的放缓,国民经济发展中的问题日益凸显,其中最为突出的问题就是产业结构的不均衡,因此,调整我国产业结构成为促进经济持续健康发展的唯一出路。加快制造业和生产性服务业的协同发展对促进我国产业结构优化升级、加快经济复苏和稳定经济增长具有重要作用,而作为其重要组成部分的物流业均与国民经济各部门有着密切联系,因此,促进制造业与生产性服务业中的物流业形成的发展关系对推动整个国民经济增长有着不可忽视的积极作用。首先,制造业的整个产业链条对物流业的需求无处不在,如果这些物流需求能得到有效的释放,便可以促进制造企业逐渐实现专业化,专注增强自身核心竞争力;其次,现代物流业融入到制造业产业链中,不仅可以提升制造业在各个环节的效率,更会大大增加其产品的附加价值。本文通过对近年来有关学者的相关研究及所涉及的协同理论进行整理,首先解释了有关研究对象的概念,二者之间的关联性以及研究视角和制造业与物流业协同发展的方法总结。其次,根据2012年辽宁省投入产出表对对制造业、物流业各自的产业关联效应进行分析,进一步通过直接消耗系数和完全消耗系数对二者的产业关联度进行计算分析。再次,结合制造业与物流业的完全消耗系数把制造业分为不同的子行业,并对辽宁省不同类型的制造业和物流业的协同效率进行判断。最后,根据制造业不同行业与物流业协同发展情况提出促进辽宁省两大产业更加良好的协同关系政策建议。
[Abstract]:As everyone knows, with China's slowdown in economic growth, the development of the national economy is becoming increasingly prominent, the most prominent problem is that the industrial structure is not balanced, therefore, China's industrial structure adjustment is the only way to promote the sustained and healthy economic development. To accelerate the manufacturing and producer services to promote the coordinated development of optimization to speed up the upgrading of industrial structure in China, plays an important role in economic recovery and steady economic growth, and as an important part of the logistics industry are closely linked, and therefore the development of various sectors of the national economy, promote the relationship between manufacturing and producer services in the logistics industry to form a positive role can not be ignored to promote the growth of the whole economy. First, the manufacturing industry of the whole industry chain of the needs of the logistics industry is everywhere, if the logistics demand can be effectively released, can The promotion of manufacturing enterprises gradually realize the specialization, attention to enhance their core competitiveness; secondly, the modern logistics industry into the manufacturing industry chain, not only can improve the efficiency of manufacturing industry in all aspects, will greatly increase the added value of their products. In recent years, based on the relevant academic research and collaborative theory involved collate, firstly explains the concept about the research object, the method of collaborative development between the two relevance and perspective of research and manufacturing and logistics industry are summarized. Secondly, according to the 2012 input-output table in Liaoning Province on the manufacturing industry, analyzes their logistics industry association effect, further through the direct consumption coefficient and complete the consumption of Industry Association of the two degree coefficient were calculated and analyzed. Thirdly, combining with the manufacturing and logistics industry to complete consumption coefficient of manufacturing is divided into different sub line It also estimates the synergy efficiency of different types of manufacturing and logistics industry in Liaoning province. Finally, according to the synergy development of different industries and logistics industry, it puts forward policy recommendations to promote better coordination between the two industries in Liaoning province.
