【摘要】：市政设施是城市重要的物质基础,优良的市政设施体系可以完善城市功能,提升城市品位,促进城市经济社会发展。本文就鄂尔多斯市市政设施管理现状和管理对策进行了研究。论文在结构上划分为六个部分.·第一部分引言,介绍本文研究背景、研究目的以及国内外研究现状;第二部分为基本概念概述,主要阐述了市政设施概念、特点及作用,政府职能概念及相关理论,为下文展开研究奠定基础;第三部分,对鄂尔多斯市市政设施管理现状进行了阐述;第四部分,查找了鄂尔多斯市政设施管理当前存在的突出问题并探究了其背后深层次的原因;第五部分,借鉴国内外先进国家或地区市政设施管理先进的经验和做法,为提出适合鄂尔多斯市政设施管理对策进行铺垫;第六部分,就鄂尔多斯市政设施管理需要努力和加强的方向提出了相应对策,认为应该在市政设施规划管理、拓宽融资渠道、优化管理方式和完善保障体系等方面加强。通过本论文的研究与写作,希望对鄂尔多斯完善城市功能,提升城市品位,对于树立鄂尔多斯城市形象,促进鄂尔多斯经济结构调整具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The municipal facilities are the important material foundation of the city, the fine municipal facilities system can perfect the city function, promote the city grade, promote the city economic and social development.This paper studies the present situation and countermeasures of Ordos municipal facilities management.The paper is divided into six parts in structure. The first part introduces the research background, the research purpose and the present situation of the research at home and abroad, the second part is the overview of the basic concepts, mainly describes the concept, characteristics and functions of municipal facilities.The concept of government function and related theories lay the foundation for the following research; the third part expounds the present situation of Ordos municipal facilities management; the fourth part,This paper finds out the outstanding problems existing in the management of municipal facilities in Ordos and probes into the deep reasons behind them. The fifth part draws lessons from the advanced experiences and practices of municipal facilities management in advanced countries or regions at home and abroad.In order to put forward the countermeasures suitable for Ordos municipal facilities management, the sixth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the direction that Ordos municipal facilities management needs to work hard and strengthen, thinks that it should be in the municipal facilities planning management, broaden the financing channels,Improve management methods and improve the security system and so on.Through the research and writing of this paper, it is hoped that it will have certain reference value for Ordos to perfect the city function, promote the city grade, set up the city image of Ordos and promote the adjustment of the economic structure of Ordos.
