江苏某高校大学生食品安全知识态度行为调查与分析

【摘要】:目的:了解江苏某高校大学生食品安全知识、态度和行为状况,为针对性地开展校园食品安全教育提供科学依据。方法:随机抽取江苏某高校352名大学生进行食品安全知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果:广播电视大众媒体和网络是大学生获取食品安全知识与信息的主要来源,男、女同学对食品安全知识的掌握差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。83.8%的大学生对校园内外食品安全表示不太放心,仅有54.3%的学生每天坚持吃早餐,接近一半的大学生喜食油炸食品,过去一周内吃过油炸或烧烤食物的达到62.5%,选择网络外卖订餐的学生占42.6%,街边小摊购物的学生占29.3%。有39.2%的学生在食用外卖食品时发生过肠胃不适,而在出现食源性疾患后,仅3.7%的学生向监管部门举报投诉。结论:江苏某高校大学生食品安全知识知晓率偏低,食品消费维权意识薄弱,食品安全态度和行为有待改善。应加强对大学生的健康教育,普及食品安全知识,树立科学的消费观念,增强食品安全维权意识,倡导健康、安全的食品卫生行为。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of food safety among college students in Jiangsu province, and to provide scientific basis for carrying out food safety education on campus.Methods: 352 college students in Jiangsu province were randomly selected to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of food safety.Results: radio and television mass media and the Internet are the main sources of food safety knowledge and information for college students.There was no significant difference in the knowledge of food safety among female students. 83.8% of the college students were not very comfortable with the food safety inside and outside the campus. Only 54.3% of the students insisted on eating breakfast every day, and nearly half of the students preferred fried food.In the past week, 62.5% of them have eaten fried or barbecue food, 42.6% of them have ordered online take-out, and 29.3% have been shopping at street stalls.39.2% of the students had gastrointestinal discomfort while eating take-out food, but only 3.7% reported complaints to the supervision department after the occurrence of food-borne diseases.Conclusion: the awareness rate of food safety knowledge is low, the awareness of food consumption rights protection is weak, and the attitude and behavior of food safety need to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the health education of college students, popularize the knowledge of food safety, set up scientific consumption concept, strengthen the awareness of safeguarding the rights of food safety, and advocate healthy and safe food hygiene behavior.
