四川广运现代物流中心组织变革项目的风险管理研究

【摘要】:由于我国现代化物流产业的发展与进步,物流产业给我国城市带来了巨大的经济效益与社会效益,现代化的物流中心建设也越来越受到人们的高度关注,特别是其组织变革项目,往往是伴随着巨大的风险。本文将以四川广运现代物流中心为例,基于项目及项目风险管理知识,对组织变革过程进行研究,对物流中心组织变革项目的风险管理的流程进行梳理,包括风险识别、风险评价、风险管理等多个方面,以此更好的促进组织项目变革工作的完成,为四川广运集团现代物流中心组织变革项目的风险管理提供重要的理论依据与技术支持。四川广运集团现代物流中心组织变革项目建设属于一项投资较大,投资回收周期较长,影响因素较多的高风险工作与实践活动。如果四川广运集团现代物流中心组织变革项目过程中操作失误,将会给企业、给社会造成长时间、无法挽回的重大经济损失。因此,在此开展对四川广运集团现代物流中心组织变革项目的风险管理是十分必要,具有一定的理论意义与现实意义。为此,较为系统的对四川广运集团现代物流中心组织变革项目的风险进行辨识、评价以及控制风险,为了使四川广运集团现代物流中心的组织变革取得预期中的效果与成绩。基于现代化物流产业与网络经济、互联网+多重发展背景之下,我国绝大部分企业组织的外部环境与内部环境都发生了巨大的变化。为了在这样一种经济发展背景下获得生存与发展,企业不得不对相应的项目进行组织变革,其中包括了四川广运现代物流中心。在企业组织构成的基础上出发,进一步探讨该经济发展背景下四川广运现代物流中心组织变革项目的风险管理方向以及途径。在此,本文基于项目管理和项目风险管理知识对物流中心组织变革项目进行研究。首先介绍一下研究背景、目的及意义、研究的方法、路线以及国内外的研究现状。接着归纳和总结了项目管理和项目风险管理相关理论,为本文分析埋下理论基础;然后对四川广运集团现代物流中心组织变革项目进行介绍,其中包括了公司简介与项目情况、项目资源计划和组织变革的内容,在此基础上提出了组织变革项目风险管理思路;然后运用风险综合评价方法以及专家调查方法对组织变革项目进行风险识别和评价,定性的分析风险管控漏洞及原因和定量的主观评价项目的风险情况;最后针对四川广运集团现代物流中心组织变革项目存在的风险提出具有针对性、可行性、合理性的应对见解和风险监控的措施,以期能促进四川广运现代物流中心组织变革项目风险管理水平的提高。
[Abstract]:Because of the development and progress of the modern logistics industry in China, the logistics industry has brought enormous economic and social benefits to the cities of our country, and the construction of the modern logistics center has been paid more and more attention to by people. In particular, its organizational change projects are often accompanied by enormous risks. This article will take Sichuan Guangyun modern logistics center as an example, based on the project and project risk management knowledge, carries on the research to the organization transformation process, carries on the comb to the logistics center organization transformation project risk management process, including the risk identification, Risk assessment, risk management and other aspects, in order to better promote the completion of organizational project change, for Sichuan Guangyun Group modern logistics center organization of the risk management of the project to provide an important theoretical basis and technical support. The construction of modern logistics center organization reform project of Sichuan Guangyun Group belongs to a high risk work and practice activity with large investment, long investment recovery period and many influencing factors. If the operation mistakes in the process of organizing the transformation project in the modern logistics center of Sichuan Guangyun Group are made, it will cause the enterprises and the society a long time and irreparable economic loss. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out the risk management of the modern logistics center organization reform project of Sichuan Guangyun Group, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. Therefore, the paper systematically identifies, evaluates and controls the risk of the modern logistics center of Sichuan Guangyun Group, in order to make the organizational change of the modern logistics center of Sichuan Guangyun Group achieve the expected results and results. Under the background of modern logistics industry and network economy and the multiple development of Internet, the external and internal environment of most enterprises in our country have undergone tremendous changes. In order to survive and develop under such a background of economic development, enterprises have to organize and transform the corresponding projects, including the modern logistics center of Sichuan Guangyun. On the basis of the organizational structure of the enterprise, this paper further discusses the risk management direction and approach of the organization reform project of Sichuan Guangyun modern logistics center under the background of the economic development. In this paper, based on the knowledge of project management and project risk management, the organizational change project of logistics center is studied. First of all, introduce the research background, purpose and significance, research methods, routes and research status at home and abroad. Then summarized and summarized the project management and project risk management related theories, laid the theoretical foundation for this analysis; then introduced the modern logistics center organization reform project of Sichuan Guangyun Group, including the company profile and project situation, On the basis of the content of project resource planning and organizational change, the paper puts forward the idea of risk management of organizational change project, and then uses risk comprehensive evaluation method and expert investigation method to identify and evaluate the risk of organizational change project. Qualitative analysis of risk control loopholes and causes and quantitative subjective evaluation of the project risk situation; finally, aiming at Sichuan Guangyun Group Modern Logistics Center organizational change project risk has pertinence, feasibility, The rational measures to deal with the views and risk monitoring are expected to promote the improvement of the risk management level of the modern logistics center in Sichuan Guangyun.
