顺丰速运快递网络的空间分析

【摘要】:截止2015年底,我国网络购物用户规模高达4.13亿,全国网络零售交易额高达3.88万亿元,且保持着持续增长的势头。随着电子商务活跃度持续提升,快递业的发展也保持高昂的上升趋势,快递业收入占全国GDP比重逐年增长,已成为促进经济发展的一匹“黑马”。顺丰速运是民营快递企业中无论是收入还是服务质量都连续几年第一,因此本文以顺丰速运为研究样本,对于研究快递行业的发展具有一定的典型性。文章共分为三大部分,第一部分是1-3章,其中第1章绪论部分主要是对国内外对快递企业的相关研究成果进行简要述评;第2章交代了本文数据来源、研究方法和技术路线;第3章介绍了快递的相关定义、特征和分类及网络的组成要素和模式,简要分析目前国内快递市场发展状况;第二部分是4-6章,其中第4章简要介绍了顺丰速运的发展历程、运营模式及海外市场的拓展;第5章详细分析与客户直接接触的顺丰自营门店,运用因子分析法得到影响门店分布的主要因素,并对全国省级行政区快递业发展综合实力进行排序;第6章深入探讨顺丰速运网络组织模式,分开讨论航空网络与地面网络,并建立简单线性回归模型。第三部分是第7章,是文章结论部分。本文研究认为:(1)顺丰速运采用直营模式,将全国分为7大区域进行管理和操作,区域集散中心通过大数据等技术发展为云仓,通过仓共享的方式,确保快递运输的时效性。(2)顺丰速运在全国共有三千多个自营门店,门店覆盖率呈现从东向西递减的趋势,行政级别越高,东部与中西部的差距就越小,反之,行政级别越低,东部与中西部覆盖率差异就越大。(3)门店在全国呈现以珠三角为主核心,长三角为次核心的“双核多极”的空间集聚特征,且主要集中在东、中部。分析表明城市综合实力因子、城市化水平因子和产业结构因子是影响门店空间集聚的主因子,省级行政区快递发展综合实力显示广东省遥遥领先,上海市紧随其后,与核密度结果基本吻合。(4)顺丰网络结构空网与地网都属于“混合”模式,结合“点对点”模式和“轴-辐”模式的优势。其中航空网络呈现以深圳、杭州为双核心的空间结构,航空运输适宜运营距离为1800km,最佳运营距离为1100km;地面网络采用“多枢纽混合”运输模式,建立简单线性回归模型发现高速公路网密度每提高一点,中转场数量就增加0.07点,因此高速公路网密度是顺丰速运中转场建立需要考虑的指标之一。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2015, the scale of online shopping users in China is as high as 413 million, and the national online retail transaction volume is as high as 3.88 trillion yuan. With the continuous improvement of e-commerce activity, the development of express delivery industry also maintains a high upward trend, express industry revenue in the proportion of GDP has increased year by year, has become a "black horse" to promote economic development. Shunfeng express transportation is the first of the private express enterprises in both revenue and service quality for several years, so this paper takes Shunfeng express as the research sample, which is typical for the development of express delivery industry. The article is divided into three parts, the first part is 1-3 chapters, the first chapter is a brief review of the domestic and foreign express delivery enterprise research results, the second chapter describes the data source, research methods and technical route; Chapter 3 introduces the definition, characteristics and classification of express delivery as well as the elements and models of the network, and briefly analyzes the current development of domestic express market. The second part is chapter 4-6, in which chapter 4 briefly introduces the development course of Shunfeng express transportation. Chapter 5 analyzes the direct contact with the customers of Shunfeng self-owned stores, using factor analysis method to obtain the main factors affecting the distribution of stores, In chapter 6, the author deeply discusses the organization mode of Shunfeng express network, discusses the aviation network and ground network separately, and establishes a simple linear regression model. The third part is chapter 7, which is the conclusion of the article. In this paper, the author thinks that Shunfeng transportation adopts direct operation mode, and divides the whole country into seven regions for management and operation. The regional distribution center develops into cloud warehouse through big data and so on, through the way of warehouse sharing. To ensure the timeliness of express delivery, there are more than 3,000 self-owned stores in Shinfeng and the coverage of stores is decreasing from east to west. The higher the administrative level, the smaller the gap between the east and the central and western regions, whereas the lower the administrative level, the lower the administrative level. The difference of coverage rate between eastern and central regions is greater. (3) in the whole country, the Pearl River Delta is the main core, and the Yangtze River Delta is the sub-core of the "dual-core multi-pole" spatial agglomeration, which is mainly concentrated in the east and the middle of the country. The analysis shows that the urban comprehensive strength factor, the urbanization level factor and the industrial structure factor are the main factors that affect the spatial agglomeration of the store. The results are in good agreement with the results of nuclear density. 4) Shunfeng network and ground net belong to "mixed" mode, combining the advantages of "point-to-point" mode and "axis-spoke" model. Among them, the aviation network takes Shenzhen and Hangzhou as the dual core spatial structure, the suitable operating distance of air transportation is 1800 km, and the best operating distance is 1100km.The ground network adopts "multi-hub mixed" transportation mode. A simple linear regression model is established to find that the number of transit fields increases by 0.07 points when the density of highway network increases by 0.07 points. Therefore, the density of highway network is one of the indexes to be considered in the establishment of the transit field of Shunfeng express transportation.
