买房时代会向租房时代转变吗

【摘要】：购租并举、"租购同权"是住房政策的重大转变,展现了向租房时代迈进的新愿景。不过,在租房市场良性运行和协调发展机制形成之前,租房时代没那么快到来。
[Abstract]:It is a great change of housing policy and shows a new vision to advance to the era of renting. However, before the benign operation of the rental market and the formation of a coordinated development mechanism, the rental age did not come so soon.
