英国PPP中心的演变及经验借鉴

【摘要】：英国作为世界上PPP市场最为成熟的国家之一,其监管制度也在探索中不断完善,成为各国学习的典范。中国当前亟须建立和完善PPP制度体系,以便为市场提供更好的管理和服务。本文通过梳理英国PPP中心的历史沿革和制度设计,总结其演变规律与发展逻辑,为我国提供经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:As one of the most mature countries in the PPP market in the world, Britain's regulatory system has been continuously improved and become a model for all countries to learn. At present, China needs to establish and perfect the PPP system so as to provide better management and service for the market. By combing the historical evolution and institutional design of the PPP Center in Britain, this paper summarizes its evolution law and development logic, and provides experience for our country.
