产业转型升级水平测度及其对劳动生产率的影响——以长江中游城市群26个城市为例

【摘要】：运用超前系数和Lilien指数等方法,分别测度了长江中游城市群的三次产业和工业细分行业的产业转型升级方向、速度,研究得出长江中游城市群的产业转型升级整体上呈缓慢变化趋势,第二产业仍是其主要方向,其中,资本密集型产业仍是该地区的主导产业;第三产业发展相对滞后。同时,运用Shift-Share模型对劳动生产率进行分解,分析了产业转型升级对劳动生产率的影响,分析发现产业内效应是促进长江中游城市群劳动生产率变化的主要因素,而产业间的效应弱于前者。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of leading coefficient and Lilien index, the paper measures the direction and speed of industrial transformation and upgrading of three industries and industrial subdivision industries in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River respectively. The research shows that the industrial transformation and upgrading of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River shows a slow trend on the whole, the secondary industry is still its main direction, among which, the capital-intensive industry is still the leading industry in the region, and the development of the tertiary industry is relatively lagging behind. At the same time, the Shift-Share model is used to decompose the labor productivity, and the influence of industrial transformation and upgrading on labor productivity is analyzed. It is found that the intra-industry effect is the main factor to promote the change of labor productivity in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration. And the effect between industries is weaker than the former.
